At first look the casino looks good. The webpage is pretty nice and navigation is easy. You can try their slot games with free chips and if you have some luck even win some bonus money. They have a nice 300% match welcome bonus for a minimum deposit of 10 so after some thinking I decided to make a deposit and try my luck. The only reason why I made a deposit was the welcome bonus because I would have enough balance to try out Immortal Romance. That’s when my ordeal here began.

I made a 20 euros deposit checked the bonus and my deposit went through. That’s all that happened, my bonus wasn't added even though I checked the bonus filed. I went to live chat support, it wasn’t available. I sent a mail, waited for half an hour didn’t get an answer so I decided to start playing my balance.

I managed to hit a nice win on Thunderstruck and got my balance to 50 euros. I went to Immortal Romance started playing got big wins every 20 spins and my balance was at 80 euros. This was pure cash no bonus attached. Then the game froze and I got disconnected. I started playing again got another big win and again got disconnected. When I started playing again it wasn’t the same game and I played my balance to 0. Ok never mind. I got a 1.80 euros bonus which had 88 euros wager attached. I am pretty sure the max cashout was 100 euros but after wagering it my balance was cut at 25. There were problems with it so I got the money after maybe 4 days and after numerous mails. I made another deposit and this time I got the welcome bonus and this was only via live chat. I made 450 euros on Immortal Romance. Again disconnects, freezing, numerous problems and I lost my balance in the end.

My advice DON'T Play at this casino. They will make you loose with technical issues and there is nothing you can do about it.
