I sincerely hope this casino loses its license because they are outright scammers. Withdrawing money is impossible, and reaching their support team is equally futile. They demand documents that are impossible to provide. For instance, I was asked to provide a bank statement showing the debit card number used for a deposit made three months ago, even though that card is now invalid. Despite having a photo of the card, they refused to accept it. This was a terrible experience with atrocious service. They simply take your money and make sure you can’t get it back. Avoid at all costs!
This is by far the worst casino ever. Don’t be fooled people they’ll drag you for a long time and not answer you if you wanna withdraw until you loose all your money.
I deposited $2000 and got it up to $12000 I was a member since 2023 and my account was approved. But when I won they decided to make another restriction and not let me withdraw, I provided all documents I could but they kept not approving it. Stay away unless you wanna get scammed.
Its hard for us to comment because you didn't give your username for us to check your claims but I can assure you we don't scam players. We pay hundreds of winners daily. I was verified very quick with no problems and my first couple of withdrawals were done in the time expected.
Now I'm verified I've had a withdrawal of £280 pending for 11 days now. Chat is none existing and never get back to you. Also the email support did at first respond saying sorry but now they are ignoring me. My money is still pending saying its there processor but its still pending so obviously not been sent.
Very Very bad customer service. These guys don't respond at all. I deposited $300 and they gave me $300 bonus which I never asked for. Now I want them to remove it but they won't as they don't answer back even after 100s of messages. I haven't played and will never play.

The logo looks cool and there some good games to choose from. Quite a few nice email bonuses but that's redundant now as it isn't possible to withdraw winnings. Not sure what else I can say that is good based upon my awful experience.

I just signed onto this site, yesterday, had a really good day of play, left with almost 1000 sitting on my account. The next day was not so good, many games losing their connection that I had played the day before. Talked to support they had nothing to offer in terms of solutions. Received an answer that it may be the game provider, so I went onto a different casino to test their theory, nothing wrong on the game providers site, played just fine elsewhere.
The site isn't functioning well at all, at least not for me. I have sent over 5 screen shots of the games I couldn't use in the last five minutes, all stating no connection, or you start to spin a reel and it never stops, or it never opens the game at all...
