Hi,

I have been trying to get my winnings withdrawn from here for about 6-8 weeks and still nothing. It's should of taken just 24hrs.

I sent the bank statements. I was asked to upload my bank account details plus also provide them with screen shots of my card and I still haven't received my winnings. The customer support is a joke, takes them 48-72hours to reply back. All I want is the winnings I'm entitled to as all I get back is it's being processed.

I have ask them to put it in my real balance as it states in their terms and conditions that after 30days it is returned to my real balance, but as you can see in screen shot it's still pending.

Please can I help me retrieve my winnings.

I have received a email from slots magic requesting me to upload my partners bank account statement aswell as his Bank statement when they already have my Bank account details I am really getting worried about this as they have asked he for some one else is details that quite alarming if I'm honest please can some help me get these funds I don't like the way they are doing this

Hi as per the email from Support , we need you to provide us with a copy of your ID or any document that justifies the mismatch in your surname you registered to the one on your documents

Please upload a Copy of Identification (Driver’s License or Passport) showing the signature, expiry date, and date of birth

NO I WONT BE AS I HAVE EMAIL TO STATE MY BANK CARD AND MY DOCUMENTS ARE VERIFIED ALL SO I WANT WHAT IS MINE PAID TO THE ACCOUNT DETAILS YOU Have already am I'm gonna provide screen shots to this chat message to prove as you can't say above the above matter if you verified every piece of documents I have sent you I would like my winnings paid and check the screen shots I have done everything correctly and to be honest can you tell why a member of your support team asks me for my parnters bank details thats is fraud so I will provide the screenshots to about about my documents and Bank account that you have verified already and that was verified on November 8th 2023 so I won't be sending no more documents or id I want it paid as u have no right keeping me waiting this I have been to to withdraw this from 8th November 2023 it is a absolute joke

Ask gamblers please can you make a discison based of evidence provided and the lack of communication with customer please all I want is my winnings paid this is unfair
