Nothing absolutely awful site! I've had many different accounts with different companies but none are this corrupt. Please don't waste your money!!!!!!

This is the only site that kicks you out of games constantly! In half hours play I get kicked out of the game I'm playing at least twice. Every single time a game starts playing, regardless of what game it is, It kicks you out and when you go back into it the game will take and take usually without even the smallest of wins. Sky literally Rob you blind right in front of your eyes. I know the house always wins but I don't know any other site or app which has this many issues.

By far the best casino out there. They now have fast transfer to bank. You get it same day. They have amazing promotions on all the sites (Vegas, bingo) I personally can’t believe that they only have 6/10 rating.

Had a problem with software freezing and wins disappearing. Customer service not interested. Unless I could identify the actual faulty spins they didn't have time to look at it. Nice. I withdrew my winnings and stopped playing.

It is the most amazing casino experience ever!! Should be 10 out of 10... The games are the same games you will get in most good online casinos however it also embeds a number of other platforms such as: sky vegas; sky poker; sky bet etc which makes it very interesting and comprehensive...

BUT after having been a member of 50 plus casino online over the last 15 years I was shocked by my experience - its the kind of experience I thought I would never come across....

If you forget all the crap you read on these sites which give unbelievable scoring to the worst casinos in the world (usually people who they have financial arrangements with), there are only two things that really count (all other things being equal):

1. Pending perios - which is essentially a CON to keep your money with them for a long a possible and secondly in the hope that you are like most gamblers and because your winnings are pending, you will reverse or cancel you withdrawal and then hopefully (from the casino perspective) you will lose all your winnings. That is the casino con - it's what the pending period is designed to do - to screw you out of your winnings.

Guess what - with sky there is zero pending period. once you withdraw you cannot reverse or cancel!!! brilliant....... at last the gambler is in control..

2. Withdrawal time - this is the second biggest abuse after pending period. Here the casinos try to maximize the interest they can make off your money by delaying and slowing payments - many can easily take over a week. With Sky Casino I made a deposit via PayPal at 20.21 and then made a withdrawal after playing for 40 minutes or so. At 21.42 I got a PayPal email saying they had just received £4,250 into my PayPal account. Just approx 30 minutes from pressing withdraw to the money reaching my paypal account. From my paypal it took 30 seconds to put into my bank account!!

This is the most amazing experience ever in my online casino world!!

I cannot recommend them enough. Plus with a name like sky they are not likely to go bust anytime soon.

I dislike all casinos that have pending periods - this is an abuse that should be made illegal. 99% of casinos on this site engage in this practice it is shameful..

I dislike casinos with long withdrawal periods which are another abuse - 90% of casinos on this site engage in their practice...

What do I dislike about Sky - Nothing....

Great casino slightly better in terms of promotions than Sky Vegas.

Limited slots - pretty much just Playtech slots - but anything missing can be found on Vegas.

It took me a while to realize that this was effectively a different operation to Sky Vegas where I am a long standing member and also play poker quite regularly in the attached poker room. Once I did become aware of this and realized that my balance was shared across this property I wasn't sure if I would be able to take advantage of the welcome bonus so I requested a live chat which was answered immediately and was pleased to discover that I was indeed eligible for the initial "Deposit £10, play with £70" bonus offer. In my mind I was already hitting Great Blue with that money before I even made the deposit!

That bonus alone was the only thing to excite me about this proposition though - I am already a regular at several trustworthy UK playtechs including Corals and Paddy Power, so I didn't really have any reason to start also using Sky for this purpose. That said, I often receive my withdrawals from Sky into my Skrill e-wallet instantly or within a couple of hours compared to the 1-4 hours at Paddy Power or 1-12 hours at Corals, so I was interested to see how things panned out.

The website is simply laid out and better designed than both Corals and Paddy Power and all of the games I like to play at Playtechs are present and correct including the live casino games and Unlimited Blackjack. I ended up finishing my initial bonus no problem and after a quick withdrawal decided to redeposit and take the match bonus, but unfortunately I had misunderstood and was only able to choose one of these offers. Greedy me!

Sky Casino has all the good points of the adjoining Sky Vegas operation apart from the higher wagering requirements attached to their bonuses - often my bonuses at Sky Vegas have only a 1x wager attached to them compared to 30x-50x when playing in the Playtech casino. Nevertheless withdrawals are fast and support are quick and friendly, so I think this is an excellent choice of Playtech for UK players.

The choice of games seems impressive, the look is nice layout looks good.

No response to my email. Very poor customer service in my view.

I emailed and left a message on chat asking how I could re-open my account, four days later and not even an acknowledgement of my email/message. If they can't be bothered to reply to basic queries, I don't think I want to play there as it doesn't bode well if I was to have any more serious questions.

Sky Kings Casino is another part of the WHG group of casinos. This is an interesting group of casinos and there are a lot of things I like about these casinos and also there are a lot of things I don't like. For example one of the best things about this casino and other WHG casinos, and probably the only reason why I still play here are the good promotions and bonuses with low wagering requirements. Also from time to time you will get some free money from the casino.

If you don't use this sign up bonus of 100% on your deposit it is very likely that you will get a better offer on your email address from the casino.When it comes to a second deposit in all of these casinos it is a 60% bonus. Also if you are a depositor here you will certainly get some no deposit bonus. This is one of the WHG casinos where the amount for a minimum deposit is 20 euros. I had 2 deposits here from 20 euros but I had no success in asking for a withdrawal. I have had an account here for about 2 years and I don't play often in Sky Kings casino. The reason for that I have stated sooner in other reviews about WHG casinos.

Their support not just in this casino but in all WHG casinos is terrible. The pending time here is 96 hours not counting the weekends and holidays. Except for a good bonus offer I think that a fast cash out process and a good live chat support are one of the most important things a reputable casino should have. I hope that WHG casinos will do something to improve the last two things which I mentioned. Until then I will rarely play here and I will give advantage to other Playtech casinos.
