Complaint regarding account suspension and withheld funds
Hi,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the suspension of my account and the withholding of my funds.
I initially started with £600, and after reaching £1,200, I withdrew £600, which was credited to my account instantly. Following that, I went on to win an additional £5,000, only for my account to be blocked without any valid explanation.
I’ve messaged you every day for the past five days, but each time, I’ve been told there is no update and my chats are abruptly closed. I sent the required documents on Saturday, and as per your website, the documents should take no longer than 5 hours to be checked. Yet, I have received no response or resolution.
Just because I was winning doesn’t justify the suspension of my account and the withholding of my money. Your company is quick to accept deposits, but when it comes time to pay out, communication becomes non-existent. This is not only frustrating but raises serious concerns about your business practices.
I expect a clear response and immediate access to my account. Please ensure that my funds are released without further delay.
