Good selection of software. Neat site, uncomplicated but tick all the boxes with a huge selection of games. For sports fans there is a section for the usual sports and for UK residents best odds guaranteed on UK racing (nice) and a cash in facility that is quite generous. Fairly prompt with payment (could always be quicker!) but a good customer service chat (24 hour) kept me in the loop so I was never too worried. And they have a good reputation and license.
No bonuses (although I tend to avoid these anyway as they are often accompanied by painful play thoughs and T's @ C's). Payment a little slow but fine. Not many video pokers but that's a favorite of mine so personal preference really.

What I first noticed was that here on the AG I did not saw that they have any bonus in the offer for new players. It is really strange and I have decided to check for that on their website. There I found a tab that says "Promotions". When I clicked on that tab a blank page has appeared on which were no any bonuses neither for Sportbook neither for casino games. I still could not believe that an online casino has no any bonus on offer, so I have decided to check out again with the casino support.
The good thing is that the SetantaBet beside online also have a live chat support. For me, the live chat is the fastest and the best way to contact the casino support. They have a really extremely fast live support, probably the fastest I've ever had the opportunity to test in my more than 5 years gambling career. Ronda (their live chat operator) was literally at the same moment on the line when I have requested a live chat help. After a while (that I have spent waiting for Ronda to check the bonus offer) Ronda wrote that unfortunately at the moment there is no any bonus offer but she gave me advice to check out the Promotions page periodically on their website. I was very disappointed that at the moment the casino does not have any bonus in the offer but on the other hand I was pleased by their support.
I also liked that here you can play with a deposit of just 5 euros. Also the amount of the min withdrawal is 5 EUR which is very fair. For the end I had a dilemma whether to rate the casino with a positive or negative assessment. Definitely a casino that does not have a bonus offer does not deserve a positive opinion but because of the good support SetantaBet will get from me 6 of 10 possible stars.
I saw this casino before one hour at AskGamblers, took a look, no promotions, I deposited the least which is 5 EU, start playing trying the games, they logged me out, made chat online, he said he wants me to verify my account first, casinos has the right to verify accounts when a withdrawal is requested or before the player makes a deposit. Another thing my deposit was with Neteller, then I told him take the five euros as a present and close my account right now.
I play at 50 casinos, no one ask for verifying an account before making a cash out, or they should not accept any deposit if they need any doc. but to take my money and stop me playing and kick me out is not acceptable. Well the amount is so little, but if it was big money then for sure I would made a complaint.

Payments if anything have got slower. With no reason for any delay I waited 58, 60, then 66 hours for them to process my last three withdrawals. No reason given. This is simply unacceptable. Many casinos manage less the two hours, this is simply lazy, poor customer service. I will not use again for this reason. When will these companies learn that prompt payments are the way to win over customers?
