I have been trying to broaden my horizons over the last few weeks and have more faith in the Rival casinos. I have never made a deposit at one but have so little faith, yet I don’t have any bad experience to back that up. So my new way of thinking is if I don’t deposit at one I will never know, and I am very curious of Rival. I chose to play at Ruby Royal as they were offering all new players a free no deposit bonus of £30, which was as promised available for me to claim in the cashier.
Ruby Royal I believe is a fairly new Rival casino and it has all of regular slots as well as the i-slots. They do have a few progressive slots but as always with Rival you cannot play these off a no deposit bonus, no that you need to though because there are more than enough slots to keep you going. I decided to play one of the i-slots 'Robin Hood' which is a 20 line slot. IT has 3 different bonus rounds which you progress through throughout your spins and it also has free spins (but they hardly come in) and expanding wilds. I started straight away by putting my bet per line up to 2p as opposed to 1p making it 40p a spin. Now I don’t normally do this but I have discovered during my time playing these i-slots throughout various Rival casinos that to get the nice big wins it is better to place your bet up just a little bit otherwise it is a very slow process. That is just my personal say, I am not saying it will work every time but its worth a go, especially when its free money your playing with. You got nothing to loose. My theory worked this time anyway and I got my balance into the hundreds. Thing is I started getting greedy then and putting my bets right up, I don’t know why because for me this never works, and I just don’t get the wins.
This seems to be one of Rival's better casinos at the moment, but if you are considering depositing here or at any Rival casino I would do say with great caution!
Ruby Royal Casino had stolen my deposit, blocked me from live chat and ignore my emails.
Requested payout 25 July, chat operators don't know anything about withdrawals, after few chat sessions just blocked me so I can't even start chat session, wrote few emails first 2 weeks ago and last email were sent yesterday they still did not answered.
Please help me to get my payout or add this casino to black list.

And they have the best site out of all the rival casinos i have played on and i have noticed that on almost all the casinos form rival there have also been complaints about not giving payments and all. And this makes me curious because this is a very big group.
They were giving away 888 free bets for 30 minutes first time players and anything won over this amount would be considered our but only till 100 credits. And what i do not like about these offers is the security deposit that we have to do to get the money we have won. SO i registered on this casino and claimed the promotion from the cashier and this is good thing that casinos from rival do not trouble while we are trying to claim the promotions.
