Customer support does not answer any questions. Games often lag quite a bit and they do not have any reasonable gaming options. Also if you manage to win something payment comes from some really weird company that says on its site that they help to evade taxes. They are delaying withdrawals on purpose for over 10 days (i have pictures from more than 1 player on this issue). Also when tried to ask more info they are not willing to give any.
