Missing refund more than a month and half
Good morning. I request mediation with the online casino "Rolling Slots" in relation to a pending refund of 490 euros (there are three movements: one of 190 euros, another of 180 euros and another of 120 euros). As you will see in the attached documents, I was assured that these refunds were completed on July 5, 2023. As of today, September 15, 2023, the money has not arrived in my bank account. I contacted my bank to locate these movements and they requested a 23-digit number that allows me to track the transaction to know its status. In the last month and a half I have sent several emails to support@rollingslots.com requesting this information, but they have not responded to any of them.
