I am filing this complaint against Rolling Slots casino due to two separate cases of unpaid winnings, totaling 108.6 PLN.Case 1: Playson Cash Blast (45 PLN)On May 2nd, 2026, while playing Pink Joker: Hold and Win (Playson), a "Cash Blast" bomb prize of 45 PLN dropped. My balance was 26 PLN, and on the next spin, it decreased to 25 PLN instead of increasing. I have provided the technical Session ID 60547 to the support team, but they have been "investigating" this simple technical error for over a week without result.Case 2: Endorphina Network Tournament (15 EUR / 63.6 PLN)I won 15 EUR in the "Winners Only" tournament (ended May 10th). In the game interface, my prize is officially confirmed with the status "Manual Distribution". According to the rules, the casino is responsible for manual crediting within 72 hours. This deadline is expiring, but the funds have not been added.Despite being a VIP player and providing all necessary evidence, my VIP manager and the support team are sending only template responses like "wait for the email." I believe the casino is intentionally withholding my funds

Since the casino claims to be dedicated to "fair play" and "transparent promotional formulas," let’s look at the raw, undeniable facts that prove their systemic deception:
1) The 2.3% Cashback Scam: The casino proudly confirms on this forum that they credited me exactly 67.37 PLN for the disputed week. Let’s look at their own screenshot data: I made 2,862.52 PLN in deposits, had 0 withdrawals, and lost everything. 18% of that net loss should be 515.25 PLN. Instead, I received only 67.37 PLN. This is exactly 2.3% real cashback, not the 18% promised to my VIP status. Their "transparent formula" is a marketing trap designed to shortchange VIP players. This predatory accounting has cost me an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 PLN over my entire history here.
2) Hidden Tournament Winnings (20+ Proofs): The casino lied to the mediators, stating that tournament payouts depend strictly on providers' automated logs. In reality, automated payouts never worked for my account. Every single prize had to be manually extracted through support. I have over 20 screenshots of daily chat requests proving that if a player forgets to manually demand their prize, the casino simply keeps the money. This is a deliberate, silent theft of player value based on human forgetfulness.

Our Final Demand for Settlement:
Due to this ongoing corporate malpractice, continuous shortchanging of my VIP benefits, and intentional withholding of my legitimate winnings, I demand flat cash compensation of 3,500 PLN to partially cover my proven losses.

I officially refuse to accept any restricted "bonus gifts" with predatory wagering attachments or maximum cashout loops. I kindly ask the AskGamblers management to step in, reject the casino's request to close the thread, and strictly supervise the crediting of this 3,500 PLN in clean, real funds, as well as its direct withdrawal to my bank account.

I have all 20+ screenshots organized and ready to upload the moment the AskGamblers team requests them.

As a VIP player, I strongly object to the casino attempting to bypass my scrutiny. I must bring these critical points regarding their "hidden documentation" to the team’s attention:

1.They are Hiding the Cashback Manipulation: The casino is trying to conceal the exact financial discrepancy I highlighted. While they show a clean mathematical formula on paper, their actual system applied a predatory double­-mu­lti­pli­cation error (multiplying by 0.18 twice) behind the scenes, alongside a hidden double-subtraction mechanic for weekly rewards. This systematic manipulation over my history as a high-volume VIP player (with over 12,800 PLN in deposits) has shorted me by an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 PLN. They transferred this conversation to private email because they know their actual transaction logs will expose this hidden corporate theft under a full audit.

2.Demand for Transparency: If the casino truly acted with "transparency and efficiency," they would have posted their transaction history openly. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to share the contents of the casino's documentation with me or allow me to formally challenge any fabricated data they have provided in secret.

I trust the AskGamblers management will not allow the casino to quietly close this complaint through private compliance channels without addressing the long-term, systemic manipulation of my VIP cashback and the weaponized 500 PLN bonus trap they tried to use to wipe out my real balance.Kind regards
