I am filing this complaint against Rolling Slots casino due to two separate cases of unpaid winnings, totaling 108.6 PLN.Case 1: Playson Cash Blast (45 PLN)On May 2nd, 2026, while playing Pink Joker: Hold and Win (Playson), a "Cash Blast" bomb prize of 45 PLN dropped. My balance was 26 PLN, and on the next spin, it decreased to 25 PLN instead of increasing. I have provided the technical Session ID 60547 to the support team, but they have been "investigating" this simple technical error for over a week without result.Case 2: Endorphina Network Tournament (15 EUR / 63.6 PLN)I won 15 EUR in the "Winners Only" tournament (ended May 10th). In the game interface, my prize is officially confirmed with the status "Manual Distribution". According to the rules, the casino is responsible for manual crediting within 72 hours. This deadline is expiring, but the funds have not been added.Despite being a VIP player and providing all necessary evidence, my VIP manager and the support team are sending only template responses like "wait for the email." I believe the casino is intentionally withholding my funds
