I reached out to RollingSlots chat to ask about changing my address. They told me to write an email to their KYC department. I sent them an email and waited for a week. No response. I reached out to the chat and they kept saying to try via email. A month passed and my documents to prove my address were now a 3 months and 1 week old. Had they actually taken their time to respond to me I could have moved on without a problem, without having to send them several emails. Not sure if small claims court is the only way at this point. It’s downright wrong to not help users change their address and then refuse to go with the KYC as the document is 1 week old.

Ohh my bad, I did not notice the rental agreement part. But I am able to provide said document. Why not let me do so? Regarding your email about german IP. I still had Finnish address when I created the account. All the way to the end of december 2022, as I showed to you in my documents. I suggest you to not mislead your customers by telling them to use chat for address changes etc. When it is not used for that.

So you are going to terminate it because your chat did not help with the address change that I tried to contact them on the same day as on my deposit? I am not touching the 40€ before this gets resolved.

Delayed withdrawals and failure to restrict account after gambling problem disclosure

I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from Rolling Slots and the way my account has been handled after I explicitly disclosed that I have a gambling problem.
I currently have approximately €15,000 in my Rolling Slots account, with multiple withdrawals pending. One of my withdrawals has been pending since 21 August 2026, and I have additional withdrawals pending as well.

Rolling Slots' terms state that withdrawals can take approximately 24–72 hours, but my withdrawal has already exceeded this timeframe. I raised this with Live Chat because, at the current rate of processing only around two withdrawals per week, it could take a very long time to withdraw my entire balance.

More importantly, during the Live Chat conversation I explicitly told the casino that I have a gambling problem. I explained that the length of time required to withdraw my funds was leaving me exposed and asked the casino to either self-exclude me or block/restrict my account until the withdrawals had been processed.

I specifically asked whether there was a way to withdraw all of my funds while preventing me from gambling or accessing the casino until the withdrawals were completed.

The support representative told me that they would contact the relevant team and, when I asked whether they could assist further, confirmed that they had already contacted them and asked me to wait for them to get in touch.

My concern is that I have made a clear disclosure of a gambling problem and have specifically requested that my gambling access be restricted, yet I have been told that I cannot self-exclude/restrict the account while there is a balance remaining. This means that while I am waiting for my withdrawals to be processed, I remain exposed to being able to gamble the remaining balance.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want to withdraw my own funds and, at the same time, have my gambling access restricted so that I cannot gamble those funds while waiting for the withdrawals to be processed.

I have screenshots of the Live Chat conversation showing my disclosure of the gambling problem and my request for the account to be restricted. I also have evidence of the pending withdrawals and the account balance.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to investigate:

Why my withdrawal has remained pending beyond the casino's stated 24–72 hour timeframe.
Why multiple withdrawals are being processed so slowly when I have a substantial remaining balance.
Why, after I explicitly disclosed a gambling problem and requested self-exclusion/account restriction, I was told that the account could not be restricted until the balance reaches €0.
Whether Rolling Slots can process my existing withdrawals while simultaneously preventing me from gambling, depositing or reversing the withdrawals.
What steps Rolling Slots will take to ensure that my remaining funds can be withdrawn safely without requiring me to continue having access to gambling.
My requested resolution is for Rolling Slots to process all of my existing withdrawals as quickly as possible and immediately restrict my account from gambling/depositing while those withdrawals are being processed.
I have not raised this complaint to make unsupported accusations against the casino. I am simply asking for the matter to be investigated based on the evidence and the correspondence I have provided.

I am filing this complaint against Rolling Slots casino due to two separate cases of unpaid winnings, totaling 108.6 PLN.Case 1: Playson Cash Blast (45 PLN)On May 2nd, 2026, while playing Pink Joker: Hold and Win (Playson), a "Cash Blast" bomb prize of 45 PLN dropped. My balance was 26 PLN, and on the next spin, it decreased to 25 PLN instead of increasing. I have provided the technical Session ID 60547 to the support team, but they have been "investigating" this simple technical error for over a week without result.Case 2: Endorphina Network Tournament (15 EUR / 63.6 PLN)I won 15 EUR in the "Winners Only" tournament (ended May 10th). In the game interface, my prize is officially confirmed with the status "Manual Distribution". According to the rules, the casino is responsible for manual crediting within 72 hours. This deadline is expiring, but the funds have not been added.Despite being a VIP player and providing all necessary evidence, my VIP manager and the support team are sending only template responses like "wait for the email." I have been playing on Rollingslots and decided to withdraw after a good session.

The withdrawal process is very, very slow.

They approve 1 withdrawal per week.

When I ask them, they say the financial department has a lot of requests.

I am fully verified.

If I can only withdraw 500€ per week, how can I reach the 10,000€ monthly limit stated in your policy?

Missing refund more than a month and half

Good morning. I request mediation with the online casino "Rolling Slots" in relation to a pending refund of 490 euros (there are three movements: one of 190 euros, another of 180 euros and another of 120 euros). As you will see in the attached documents, I was assured that these refunds were completed on July 5, 2023. As of today, September 15, 2023, the money has not arrived in my bank account. I contacted my bank to locate these movements and they requested a 23-digit number that allows me to track the transaction to know its status. In the last month and a half I have sent several emails to [email protected] requesting this information, but they have not responded to any of them. I leave you some screenshots that may help you. I feel like I have been robbed

Hello ASKGAMBLERS,

On December 20th/2022 I signed up to Rollingslots Casino and as a new member I took notice of the Welcome Bonus Promotion and decided to use it with my deposits. on my 2nd claim of the welcome bonus I won an amount and withdrew and it was paid and that was fine.

On January 24th 2023

decided to play again and deposited 300 CAD to claim the final 3rd welcome bonus.

As it was not applied to my deposit I contacted live support where I was accused of " Bonus Abuse" after only depositing 2x on their casino ever. I accepted that, didn't agree but so be it. I wagered a little bit and decided to withdraw there-after for a total of $599.88 CAD.

On January 26th,

I received an e-mail from Rollingslots ( I have attached screenshots of it ) accusing me of all kinds of terms I have breached according to them.

The one that stands out to me the most is " Bonus Abuse" but even then how can they accuse me of that after only depositing 2x on the casino with an offer THEY are promoting to me?

The e-mail also states they are confiscating everything from me and there is nothing I can do as if I was held at gunpoint being robbed.

This is not right and I hope you guys can help me out with this.

Support ignoring my messages since April 2022

Rolling Slots is failing to deliver the deposit data I am requesting for.

I’ve emailed them 10 times with no avail, the first message being sent back in April. I’ve contacted their live chat support as well, only to being told to send another email and wait.

I think they are demanded by law to give me my data, so they are certainly violating some terms and conditions here.

I can provide screenshots from my email inbox, where you can see no response have been sent by them.
