Hello ASKGAMBLERS,
On December 20th/2022 I signed up to Rollingslots Casino and as a new member I took notice of the Welcome Bonus Promotion and decided to use it with my deposits. on my 2nd claim of the welcome bonus I won an amount and withdrew and it was paid and that was fine.
On January 24th 2023
decided to play again and deposited 300 CAD to claim the final 3rd welcome bonus.
As it was not applied to my deposit I contacted live support where I was accused of " Bonus Abuse" after only depositing 2x on their casino ever. I accepted that, didn't agree but so be it. I wagered a little bit and decided to withdraw there-after for a total of $599.88 CAD.
On January 26th,
I received an e-mail from Rollingslots ( I have attached screenshots of it ) accusing me of all kinds of terms I have breached according to them.
The one that stands out to me the most is " Bonus Abuse" but even then how can they accuse me of that after only depositing 2x on the casino with an offer THEY are promoting to me?
The e-mail also states they are confiscating everything from me and there is nothing I can do as if I was held at gunpoint being robbed.
This is not right and I hope you guys can help me out with this.
