I am posting this review as a new customer with Rhino.bet. I opened my account and won a substantial amount two days ago. I withdrew the amount and got a request for ID documents which I provided. I got pretty much instant responses to let me know what was needed and then that it had been received. I didn't hear anything the following day (Sunday) and read negative reviews online so started to worry. I need not have. First thing Monday I was sent an email asking for some information, I replied and within half an hour the winnings were in my bank account. Very fast customer service via email. They don't hold on to your winnings. I'm seriously impressed with the efficiency and speed that they work at.
It's a bit frustrating at first that there's no live chat facility but the email responses are so fast it doesn't really matter. It's better than some companies that have live chats that just give generic non answers.
