The pending withdrawal times are far too slow when compared to other casinos. They are much longer than the 24 hours as suggested above. Customer service advise it is three working days so a weekend win will take at least five days before it’s processed to your card. Then you have to wait normal bank card processing times so can be a further 3 days
I don’t no what people here are talking about I made deposits of 1k and lost then I made another deposit of 1k same day and won 25k was paid out in 48 hours no problems and that was my first day signing up and making deposits very smooth maybe they don’t have as many good live casino action but it is still fairly great had huge huge wins on roulette and very nice big hits on slots respect to WinStar.

Withdrawal are horrendously slow, up to 3 days for processing which is a joke. At the time of writing this review my withdrawal as been pending for over 3 days with the same answer it’s being checked!!!
