Not paying 6180€, claiming they've paid me when they certainly haven't
I have played at RedSlots for some months now. I have had my account verified a long time ago, and they seemed decent in the past. On the 5th of April I've requested a withdrawal of 6180€. I still did not receive it. They claimed they paid me, when they did not. Then they switched half a dozen stories and dates and promises. However, their latest trick involved requesting a screenshot of all the data of my Skrill transactions. An invasion of privacy, and quite an unreasonable one. There was a lot of back and forth. I believe every casino should be more than capable of knowing whom they sent money to and confirming whether they sent it to me or not. I have never heard of such a thing asked, ever! After a few weeks of talks I let it go. I sent them a screenshot, blacking out the sums of money, and just wating the thing resolved. It includes all merchants I had transactions to since 5th of April, to date. It is preposterous, but what can you do? I wanted to avoid going public. But now they still do not want to send me anything (it appears they know they did not pay me after all!). Now they insist on seeing all the details of every transaction. From merchant names and times and dates they very well know that nothing was received from Bluemay; so they're pulling silly tricks. I have had it, so I'm filing a complaint here. They did not send me anything, I did not receive anything, and I do not want anymore excuses. I want my winnings, and they, as a company, should be able to make it happen one way or another.

I registered on RedSlots Casino on 30 may for 3€ no deposit bonus. The bonus was issued on 3 june.After a lot of play i got my balance to 160€ and request a pay out of 150€.On 10 june they sent a request for verification documents which sended same day.Same day my acount was closed, and i receive a mail: The documents you have sent are in investigation and once we receive an conclusion from the casino manager we will inform you if the account is re-opened. Next day my account was reopened and my documents was accepted. My withdrawal was canceled and i requested a new one. On 16 june i log in to RedSlots Casino and status on my withdrawal was wire and requested on support what that mean and received response: Indeed that means that you withdrawal has been processed. You should receive the money onto your bank account Wednesday at the latest. Same day when my withdrawal theoretically has to be processed a incredible mail arrive: Hereby I inform you that your account has been closed by our casino manager, because you registered from a declined country. The withdrawal you requested will not be paid. This decision is final. So now my account is closed and withdrawal not pay out. 100% welcome bonus advertised but wouldn't hold my breath for the 200% here.

Totally mislead about the 7NDB. Checked with live chat if I was eligible for the NDB which I was told I am before signing up. So I signed up, validated my email by email link then replied to SMS and validated SMS code. Couldn't find where to input the 7NDB code so opened live chat to be told that my country is not able to claim this bonus after I was told i was!!

Live chat linked me to the terms of use page where it says that only certain countries can claim and the rest can't so I was totally duped into signing up. I then asked if I was eligible for the welcome depositing bonus which live chat said yes I am which I said where does it say that so I could make sure but you guessed it there is no list so I couldn't be sure I am eligible.

So I have to take live chats word for it like I did for the first bonus I didn't get but this time it's my real money I have to take their word for with so I said this was totally unfair and I wouldn't have signed up if I knew my country is not eligible for bonuses by omission. So close my account immediately and permanently not just suspended!

I was searching for no deposit bonuses few days ago and saw that Red Slots were giving away 3€ chip with no deposit with only 1x wagering requirements (I think it's the first time when I see a cashable bonus with so small wagering!). Although I know that 3€a small amount but I decided to take a look because it's provided by BetSoft software and I was interested in checking them out.

The first thing I did was contacted their customer support and asked if the bonus was active and if gamblers from my country are eligible for this bonus. I didn't have to wait longer than 2 minutes to get a positive respond from them but I have to say that the personnel looked like they aren't very interested in my questions. They didn't ask if I needed any help further with the sign up and I think that's not the best way how to make a good first impression because I was thinking of becoming their client.

Okay so then I signed up and contacted them again because I my bonus wasn't added. This time I got another support lady and she was more helpful and made sure I got it.

I played Gemscapades.I liked this slot with its look and sounds.I gave it a shot for 5 spins but the spins were dead so I switched to Good Girl Bad Girl. I liked that in this slot you can place your bets on the good girl, bad girl or them mixed, so that's really fun, I bet on bad girl 0.15€ bets and after 10 spins my account was empty. 10 spins gave me one 5 cent winnings.

I liked this casino because I think that the bonuses they offer are really great and the terms and conditions for the wagering are actually much friendlier than in other casinos and I liked that I was able to play there without downloading anything. But I didn't like that their page wasn't very understandable and that the games aren't grouped like "new", "popular" or how many paylines it has. It would make the experience there more exciting. And I have to say that the withdrawal options are not that great- 150 minimum withdrawal amount is a lot, or if you want to withdraw smaller cash you have to pay for it. I'll play there again if they offer me some juicy bonus, because otherwise I think I would like the table games they have more than the slots I checked out.
