I do not play often at QV I guess the dated interface and fees put me off a bit. If you can get past that initial screen, amazing selection of slots, actually probably one of the best I've seen, and I play a lot! I've never felt this was one of those sites that you plow money in to but get nothing back.... and there are many of those. I've nearly always managed to get a half decent win no matter how much I deposit. Most of the time my wins have not been worth withdrawing and have played them through. However, had a bit of luck and had a decent sum to withdraw.

This is what I judge casinos on, speed of verification and speed of payout without hassle. QV did not disappoint. I sent various documents which were swiftly verified. Payout was within a few days, great considering I hadn't previously verified. I even requested an alternative payout method which they happily did for me :)

There are good game's, but for my opinion that's about it.

Site kept logging me out constantly, and I had to log in again and again. Really huge problem that site works horrible. I sent my document's 4 day's ago, and it took 2 DAYS to get email that "We have transferred your documents to security department.".. Really? Now it has almost 3 days passed after that. So 5 days come's up soon and they have not verified my document's. I don't have withdrawal pending so I'm not gonna hassle with them.

Won't make any deposit's here since they are one of the slowest casino in support and verification. DON'T waste your time and money here, I feel that they have started downhill already. I was unable to set deposit limits as the page wouldn't refresh when trying to contact support so was very disappointed with that.

The transaction fees which I thought were getting rid of on Jan 1st according to earlier comment of casino.

The games keep you trapped on that one game I was stuck on koi princess for hours earlier could not go back to casino or anything the only thing I could try was to deposit and play more which led me to wasting money. It finally managed to move after a few hours but not it is stuck on another game, unable to go back to home page, contact support or anything. Have logged in and out, deleted history and cookies etc but nothing works so I had to use my deposit again on another game I didn't want. I have noticed this seems to be an issue and others have commented on it.

Maybe should change withdrawal time in Askgamblers. I use EWallets to make a withdrawal, plus the pending time,
it should be (0～4 hours) + (1～2 hours)< 6 hours, but even I am a VIP, never in time.

And consumer service always answer you: We need 24 hours...bla bla bla. I just think that if you can not reach within your declared time, probably should not take this to advertise. After all, only you charge a fee for "all deposit methods".
