PlayOJO Casino - Funds return to account numerous times

It happened last Sunday night to make a withdrawal from PlayOJO casino.

I excluded my account from playing on the site and decided to withdraw. To my surprise, the funds returned to my account numerous times, and as of til now it still is.

I’ve attempted to send them an email, call them, but there has been no availability or response.

The screenshots show withdrawal being denied by the PlayOJO cashier numerous times between Sunday and Monday, excluding Tuesday to Friday.

I did not receive any email to update my bank account details, why the withdrawal is returned to the account or any information regarding this matter.

Seeing that quite a couple of people also have similar issues in withdrawal, and it happened in the last month or so I’m making a complaint here and hopefully it can be resolved.

I had £250 it my balance and a withdrawal was made to my deposit method which is my debit card on the 9-9-2025, the operator said it had been processed immediately,
Here we are over a week later and the money still hasn’t reached my account,
Been on their chat help numerous times and I keep getting same answer, which is they’re looking into it and someone will email me with a update,
My account is fully verified and have made many deposits, this is all very frustrating as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere

PlayOJO Casino - Not receiving withdrawal requests and no response via email or live chat

On August 20,2025 I won $1235.40 on PlayOJO.ca and requested a withdrawal of $1000 and another for $70 via etransfer to my bank account. I received email saying money was on its way shortly after with a transaction ID number associated to both requests. It also showed in my gaming account that withdrawal requests were processed and method was internet wallet for both requests. A few hours later I noticed both requests were put back into my gaming account with no explanation as to why they would not honor withdrawal and attempted to contact someone through live chat which was unsuccessful numerous times. I then attempted to send emails inquiring why money was put back into my gaming account and received generic emails saying money was returned to my account but no explanation why. I have been a member of PlayOJO since 2024 and never had an issue until now and they have all of my verification documents that were accepted last year. Not sure why this is happening or how I can speak to someone about this issue.

I have been trying to withdraw from PLAYOJO for the past 3 weeks and everytime there is always some sort of issue. I have sent them 4 emails now and even after providing them more documentation to prove who i was I am still having problems withdrawing. My most recent withdraw was a wire transfer and it was for the first time approved, however after a week and still no money in my account I sent them another email asking for an update they told me that there was an issue with the withdraw and proceeded to put the money back into PLAYOJO account. At this point I am so fed up with this site and feel like I have hit a wall.

I've requested a callback with no success as they keep sending me to different agents to get this booked. There is no actual phone number for you to call!

My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect

I made a withdrawal on 16. July, it was processed the next day. The next day support ask me to verify KYC again, which I already did past week, so I sent the documents again. Now its been almost a week, and still no funds in sight, support also hasn't replied to me also in 2 days. I know card/wire transfers take up to 7 days, but I am confident it will take longer.

Play Ojo advertises as "a fairer casino". I can't say anything else than this is really true. All other casino's I play have bonuses, but all have high wagering requirements, so when you win some, usually you lose it all before you can withdraw anything. At Play Ojo there is no wagering requirements whatsoever, so all free spins convert into cash money. You have some other casino's who do this, Rizk or Guts, but there you you have to be happy when you get 5 spins on starburst or something like that. At Play Ojo a lot of times you get 2 spins of 20c for every Euro you deposit, so you can get some nice cash on it if you strike lucky. I read a lot of bad reviews below, but in my opinion this is one of the best casino's. Ofcourse there are casino's with faster withdrawal times, but come on, how can you yell shame shame if they payout within 12 hours? There are a lot of casino's who take 5 days to do that.

I would like to see that you could sort games on provider or something like that, but otherwise none

Well I can tell due to experience that times remain veryyyyy long !!!

The bonus’ can be interesting from time to time and they have a few good games.

Customer Service and Verification process are equally useless as one another.
They hesitate on paying out creating a long winded verification process.
Customer Services won’t ever give a straight answer to your question.
A shame as they could be good but getting your money back out is a problem.

I have left a previous review for this site when I first opened my account because to be honest I do actually like most aspects of it. Great selection of games, no wagering, money back as you play and quite lucky for me. I also liked the fact that the site is easy to navigate, support usually available and it has an impressive selection of payment methods including paypal which is my preferred choice. Thumbs up!

Now on to the bad bit. The withdrawal process is slow. I deposit by paypal and when you withdraw you get an email saying it will be with you 'in a flash', it isnt! Most other casinos payout quite quite quickly when you use electronic wallets in my experience, But this site is so slow and customer service seem to have no idea whats what simply stating its being worked on, yawn. Still waiting on a withdrawal now to paypal and its been almost a 24 hours. An otherwise good site let down by the withdrawal process.

Withdraw is a joke!
I had account with ojo for few months. I have used PayPal and debit card to deposit. After few months and spending fair bit of money I've managed to win some of it back. I have tried to payout to PayPal as in terms and condition says it is fastest was and because I have used PayPal previously I would be in a flash. After few attempts to speaking to crew all answer I had that team is working on it now and I'll get it asap. Eventually next day they processed my payment but not to PayPal but to debit card! What a joke I choose paypal to had my losses back fast but they decided I have to wait even longer. Avoid this casino. There are plenty other that pay out fast without problems like ojo

Takes forever to get your account verified. The website advertises about quick payments but doesn't provide quick payments. You only need to verify your account once but when that one time takes forever by the "payment" - team it kinda makes you not wanna use the casino again since there's plenty of other casinos with way quicker withdrawals and customer service. Would not recommend this casino.

I like few slots in this Casino specialy white Rabbit, Bonanza and vampire

First a very slow online casino when you open you need to wait quite sometimes to finish the loading.
Personally when I start playing in this casino (year plus ago) and after going thru the verification needed and complete it it was fine when I request for a withdrawal unlike few days ago they really stress me out with decline after decline and ask me to go thru verification again and from one department to another one for a few hundred bucks amount to withdrawal. Well I decide to cancel the withdrawal and just waste it better from wasting my time on this casino.
Customers services is useless specially the emails one, as live chat Olga is very Rude try to make you steam more if your already steaming.
