Fairly decent live casino. Most of the good BTG slots (didn't see any Novomatics). No wagering on the bonuses, Although T&C's mention that they are hot on bonus abuse though, so they prob will want you to wager any bonus winnings through at least once, which seems fair to me. Fairly easy to upload verification docs.
Overall, I may play here again as there is just enough to like about it. I would like to see some Novos & definitely need to see better automatic casinos games, their computer roulette graphics are soo poor.
Took quite a while to get verified, slightly over 24 hours from initial upload and took slightly over 33 hours to have withdrawal processed. This is not exceptionally bad for the industry, but it isn't gold standard. When in 3 or 4 live chats their response was always 'its with the payment team', I mean what is the point of live chat if you can't actually provide any assistance beyond stock answers.

The customer service for verification of documents is taking too long. I received an email to upload my docs which I did and even got the confirmation email. After a few days, there was no response. I contacted them and said my passport wasn't uploaded despite getting an auto-confirmation. I re-uploaded it and was told it would be passed on to their verification dept. Another few days later, still nothing! I had to contact them again and said it will be forwarded to the relevant dept which I said I thought it's been? I was told yes, but it will be forwarded again to speed it up. Today, still nothing! The free spins email offers I got and my kicker win have already expired and my account is still not verified. Of all the sites, this is the only one that is taking forever. Some can verify within 24-48 hours. This one is gonna reach 2 weeks soon and no action.

The verification process and customer service leaves alot to be desired, they really need to step this up. Customer service is hard to get hold of and aren't very friendly and don't seem to know what there doing. I sent my documents to be certified back in January and I have been messed about with different stories ever since, I'v been on chat numerous times to get this sorted and keep getting different stories, I contacted them yet again yesterday about this and I was told yes I am verified and yet today I get a email saying my documents failed. I took a screen shot of the conversation to prove that I had been told my account was verified but now its not. It's really unprofessional, of course they need to certify players but it's been well over a month and still no avail. I'v asked for my account to be closed numerous times but ojo ask you to give them another chance and offer you a few free spins, that's all well and good but that doesn't fix the underlying problem. I have taken out money several times and its been from 11 hours to 24 usually but now it has been over 36h and still no money so that only the first withdrawal takes more then 11 hours but the rest don't. It is not accurate!
