Where are my free spins
Well there are no real bonuses here also when you register and deposit money they don't need id then why I'd for withdrawal. Many big casino sites offer withdrawal no questions asked. I these guys are quick to reply to every negative comment.. Yet are they actually fixing anything. Instead of leaving a comment in response to negative feedback why not fix there site. Had a great time in PlayOjo casino. Very supportive live chat. Game variation could have been better(no microgaming, no play and go) but all netent games and for my surprise Merkur is on. They event have bonanza game (but that only BTG). If you are having boring with videoslots they have netend live games live blackjack as well. I am amending my review as I was a bit hasty leaving the first one. I put my hands up and say I was wrong about playojo. I have to say I love this site, It was my regular go to site for a period of time. Games are great, payout are good. And wen you win and ask for a withdrawal they are super fast. I have requested withdrawals on a Sunday and it's been in my account by Tuesday afternoon. Overall a very good casino.
I wouldn't call it dislikes but I leveled up pretty quickly to gain VIP status. Once there I received a call from them which was nice but since U have not really received anything for this status despite being told I would. Variation of games is good. Site is ok to navigate and there's a lot to play. I do like the fact there's no wagering and you keep what you win.
Chat takes forever I was on chat for 30 mins for a simple query. Email received to say deposit and for every 1.00 spent you get a free spin and also 1 free spin on wheel. Had to play Hansel and Gretal so played as said no spins and wheel spin given. Spent 30 mins trying to resolve, had to send email which I did. Overall not the best but site is good for variation of games.

As far as withdrawals are concerned and having completed more than one in the past with ecopayz, PAINFULLY SLOW is all I can say. As far as asking the support team is just a waste of time as they say they sending a request to the payments team too speed it up, but on only one occasion have I received my withdrawal shortly after a request was so supposed to have been sent. And falling at the back of the que for cancelling a withdrawal and reading it makes one avoid cancelling any withdrawal.
