Only single withdrawals that usually take 24 hours. Up to 5 days to get a reply from them. They completely neglect their email. I made a negative review on Trustpilot with my username and they blocked all bonuses on my account but was still given the promo code and kickers to say I was eligible for promotion so when I deposited they just refused to give promotion due to the comments I made.

They used to reach out and offer promotions for playing. Good selection of fun games. A-lister promotions. Kickers are a fun little bonus on your deposits every now and then.

Customer service is gone, live chat was replaced with a robot. Emails seem to go nowhere. I verified my docs a long time ago but now they want to verify them again so they are sent and then they don't respond. I used to tell everyone to gamble there because of the customer service but it seems it's a thing of the past for them.

I have uploaded multiple documents including ID, PROOF OF ADDRESS, BANK CARD, BANK STATEMENT and I am still unable to withdrawal any winnings. I have received 3 emails from support all telling me to upload documents, which I have done. I have logged into my banking through their verification process successfully, and Wyzia has verified my accounts. Although, when I go to withdrawal via ecashout ( the only option available even though I deposit via Interac Etransfer) it tells me my bank account does not belong to me! I noticed my MIDDLE name is on my account showing behind my last name, and I have asked for it to be removed and it has not been.
When using the chat feauture on the site or app, all I recieve is a message saying it may be over 6 hours to get a reply, but I have NEVER received a real person reply from the chat.

I been trying to withdraw my money on my account and been hit with to many pending withdrawals which I was shocked as I have no pending withdrawals so I've uploaded all my documents and still nothing.

For 1 week I try to speak with someone and the support are always offline, moreover to make you pay he uses several tactics not to pay you. After several deposits I finally won $3000 I made a withdrawal and 2 days later asked me for my documents for verification, 2 day later all my document was approved, then 4 days later he returned my money to my account without explanation.
