The variety of games is okay. I really don't see anything I like on this casino app more than others I've tried. There are some different game options is the only positive.

I was lead to believe I was going to get free spins for signing up and making a first deposit. I received nothing. The chat wasn't user friendly. It has annoying pre wrote answers instead of a live agent so I emailed my concern and got a generic response saying to clear cache and they are looking into it. Still received nothing. I made my first deposit using the kicker for free spins. No free spins were credited and the chat support and email doesn’t not exist! They only have a crappy chatbot that ghosts you after reaching the point to get transferred to an an agent, afterwards days has gone by and absolutely no response at all from neither chat nor email. Its a regrettable experience don't waste your money.

I have a pending withdrawal that has been unresolved for a while. I have verified my identity and card payment, so there is no reason for the delay. The only issue seems to be the large amount of the withdrawal. I have contacted customer support, but it takes a long time for them to respond, and their answers are always the same.
