Hi itachi82 , thanks for your review and feedback, looking at your account now i see your withdrawal was already processed earlier today. i also see you canceled your withdrawal on the 21st and then requested a new one on the 22nd which starts the process from the beginning again and that's when we asked for ID. The request for proof of address had nothing to do with your withdrawal and didn't affect its processing , We review documents sent previously all the time and it was noticed yours was out of date.so we requested a new one , that's all. Games are very laggy, especially NetEnt and games they give freespins on, BTG randomly crashes and cant play it for awhile.
Chat super slow, giving useless information (had offer 2 freespins for each 1e deposited on any game i want and when i came next day to claim it, i was denied), saying to claim kickers all the time which are not available anyway. When you request a withdrawal, they don’t bother emailing you to say that you need to send in verification documents, they just leave your withdrawal sitting there in hopes that you’ll reverse it. I sent in my verification documents and it took them over 72 hours to bother verifying them, which is completely ridiculous. But based off of other reviews, I’m obviously not the only one.

I played last Saturday 19th May with total deposits of €1100 and made a withdrawal for €650 at around 01:00/01:30 - I wasn't requested but I forwarded documents to verify my account in and around 09:00 Sunday morning - namely my Passport, Driving License, Three Utility Bills and the Front and Back image of the card I used to deposit.
Also the card was verified by the casino through an online verification code sent from my bank to my phone.
As of this morning my account is still not verified and my deposit is still pending.
I have three other casino accounts and they managed to verify my account in some cases within 30mins with less documents and at the extreme 6 hours so I cannot figure out how this is taking so long - very disappointing.
It is listed on there site they hope to have withdrawals processed within 11 hours but will have all withdrawals processed within 24hrs - This has passed in my case - 31hrs and counting for the withdrawal and around 24hrs for my verification. A bit of a joke really.
Have tried chat online but with no success apart from stock answers which really are no help. So I will wait and see what happens today and take it from there I suppose and I will add a reply once I have a conclusion to this

Site a little slow, games a little laggy especially games from Netent. And to the point that I dislike the most with casinos and I think its very important to most players, withdrawal. They told me.wait 11 hours, your withdrawal request should be approved in that time. Contacted them again today, was past 11 hours, they said very soon and they are pushing the payment team. Now in the evening monday, still nothing, and no response to my email.
