Very poor customer service, taking up to a week to respond to email queries if they respond at all. Spent a lot of my time trying to contact them and in the end self excluded as why should I chase up un- credited bonuses. They also refused to contact game provider when I asked them as game didn't pay... it was a £200 win aswell... disgraceful... avoid

No waging requirements, good offers and good games

Fast payouts are not fast average payout to Neteller is 3 days. Emails not getting answered, the last one took 5 days. No true support even if you get to customer service all go with the script and when questioned about the processing of payout they just repetitive about what needs to be checked etc. I have expected better than that. I think that if they are going to promote fast payments, then before they take your money the casino should verify who you are.
Instead you let me play £100 spins and happily taken from me £800 and then make me wait an extra day for verification. Never replied to my emails and when I got to live chat I was utterly shocked by Abby telling me to send a PDF version of my online banking so they could verify me( I was having trouble getting proof of address in this age of paperless bills)
I will continue to play and test their withdrawal system again and if it fails move back to other casinos

Very slow pay out times especially when this sight seems to promote fast pay outs it’s a very slow process compared with other online casinos and very frustrating. It also seems impossible to speak with anyone at customer services via phone you can only speak via the chat which is difficult to get through you have very long waiting times then it seems to log you out before your connected so have to start and wait all over again, very annoying.
