I do love PlayOJO, it's honest and very easy. One of the best things is that they have merkur games which are my favorites. Also that I get money while I play that I can trasforme to real wager free money - two thumps up for this casino!

Takes days for someone to respond to an email. Also I dislike the fact that when I first joined I used to have good rewards all the time. The higher the level I have got I've noticed not so many rewards. Maybe get one reward every few months. I had much more rewards at level 1.

When first registering on this site everything seemed good. Lots of bonus spins ect. with no wagering requirements. Have made a few withdrawals which went fine with no problems.
However, After reaching level 20 I noticed my non winning spins increasing ten fold. For example at the earlier levels I'd get a winning spin every 5th spin on average even if it was lower than your stake but now that I'm over level 20 I can play 20 spins and only get 1 winning spin which usually is lower than your stake. I find that bonuses or free spins rarley ever come in now. I've also had issues with games like screen going black during spin and when I leave a game because I haven't had a win for a while the site asks me to sign back in. Got to wonder if I was actually connected to their servers. I've contacted their support team a few times about the issues but no one ever replied to me. In my opinion if your going to use this site stop playing before you reach level 20. Like I said, everything was good until I got level 20.

This my 2nd review, the 1st being about a year ago, so having given the site a good run in, here's an update.
The range / variety of slots is good.
I like that you can search not only by name, but also game provider & other criteria.
I like the fact there are no play through / wagering requirements criteria on bonuses / rewards.
The layout is easy to use & navigate.
The deposit / withdrawal methods are most than enough to suit most.
As I said above, this my 2nd review, the 1st being about a year ago, so having given the site a good run in, here's an update.
Withdrawal processes are often slow & exceed the time promised, especially at weekends, where in all honesty is you make a withdrawal on a Friday or Saturday don't expect it to be in your account until the Monday, which in all honest if you use a method such as Paypal is ridiculous, as other online casinos ( No names mentioned ) process these within a couple of hours max, & in most cases within 5 to 10 minutes.
Customer service is fair at best, to be honest some are really good & try genuinely to help, but others seem to read from a script.
I have had to contact them many times, usually over late payments, but more recently over bonuses / kickers not being credited.
They don't seem to have staff online 24/7 which they should have in all honesty as the site operates 24/7 to allow you to add deposits, so if that is the case then staff should be available at all times.
The "Kickers"/ bonuses are ok & I know I said above no wagering requirements, but most are geared up to "Reel Spinoff Tournaments" which I never use, & are at best hard to win when a player does use.
They do offer free spin bonuses of upto 175 odd spins, for usually £75. - to - £100 deposits, but again they are always valued at the lowest 10p per spin amount & on average, doing a study & keeping tags pay about 50% of the stake, so if you get a high amount of say 175 free spins for a £75 deposit, in effect you get £17.50 worth of free spins paying out £8.75 on average overall, so no really that good.
Then there is the "Wheel Spin" & moving up "Levels" which Ojo promote highly, but in reality it's not good, when you join you get a spin on the wheel nearly every level you move up & then every other level, but once I passed level 20 - on level 29 now, I have had not a single free wheel spin, & when I questioned customer services about this & asked them for an accurate list of what levels you did get a wheel spin for they could not answer.
Plus there are also 3 wheels, one with guaranteed winning spins ( Usually hits 5 ) but goes up to I think 15 maybe 20, but the other 2 wheels, have losing skull & crossbones on them along with higher spins that can be awarded, but not guaranteed to hit & again when you do get the spins on the wheel it's usually at the lowest amount, but occasionally 50p &in a year of playing I have never had any amount above that & the spins are on fixed games of Ojo's choice & not on what games(s) I want to play them on, which is the most annoying thing of all, as if I am playing say Rainbow Riches I don't want free spins on a game I would never normally & probably never would choose to play on.
So come on Ojo, you are doing some good things, but you could do more, look at the other reviews on here & other sites & most relate to withdrawal times, you really need to up your game with that issue.
Offer better kickers with free spins on slots of a players choice & get rid of or decrease them on tournaments & reel spin offs, & get the act together with the wheel spins, you should be offering players a spin off the wheel for every level progressed & not as in my case now 9 levels without one, that's very poor.

You Will not get your money without a LOT of e-mailing (but they do not respond) and you cant get in contact by their catastrophal chat. So I think that this casino is a bluff, and I would NOT recommend anyone to deposit a coin there.
