I uploaded my documents one time and was able to make a withdraw about 300€ and 2 days later I won 1800€ and wanted to withdraw but they needed my documents again to verify me again. It took nearly 2 days until they told me that they need more documents. while I was waiting I lost all of the Money but that was my fault because I wanted to win more.

Been a customer for a little over a year. Made a withdrawal earlier this year without any problems after I sent all the documents needed.. Since I always use Trustly, it's usually quick and easy, but apparently not at Playojo. Requested to get a withdrawal the night until November 24th. Have now been in touch with their customer support on 5 occasions when no progress is made. The first contact I took i asked if all the documents were in order and how long the withdrawal usually take. The answer was that i have to wait 11h before the withdrawal was processed but that all the paper was in order. After 12h waiting, I contacted them again. Then they said it could take a little longer than 11h. The third time I contacted them,they ask me to send confirmation om my address? I then asked why and was diverted to another person. Then I did not have to send in anything when everything was in order ... I got a few free spins like patches on the wounds.
Today 36h hours after requested withdrawal, nothing has happened yet. Contacted Customer Service once more and then received the proposal to send confirmation on my address yet again ... But I did not have to do it after a while chatting. The chat is very nice but can not do anything. To confirm my address feels like they use it as a tool to win time and blame the customer. Very dissatisfied when you are used to having the money on your bank account after 15min on other gaming sites. My withdrawal i still pending and I can still cancel it...user Perka77

Seems to be fair
Not been with them long and have made my first withdrawal... claims of a " few hours withdrawal time" seem to have failed to materialize. Other casinos i use really do process in a couple of hours. Ive been waiting more than a few hours and thats after having my ID verified. Customer services although friendly, seem to have very little control over what happens.

Won't let me withdraw the £18.42 in my account, despite allowing people to deposit this amount. The site claims there's 'no sneaky wagering requirements' yet there is this sneaky minimum withdrawal amount that they don't advertise at all. There is no reason for this at all, and customer service was completely useless on the matter. Will never use this site again unless they decide to allow me to actually withdraw my own money.

When this happens your new withdrawal request starts again from the beginning so you go back into the queue and the process takes a bit longer. I dislike the lack of customer service and the amount of excuses given when asked a very simple question. I made a withdrawal request on 8/11/2018 from Playojo. The request was marked as pending, which is the usual state for a new withdrawal, but it is still pending after 2 days. I have contacted live chat on 3 occasions and have been fobbed off with various excuses and am still no further forward in the matter. I have emailed customer service 2 times and received no reply at all. The customer service level has been far from helpful and i am still no further forward in knowing if or when i will receive my withdrawal.

Good range of games, good graphics, No wagering requirements on bonuses
The withdraw process is ridiculous. The claim that most withdraws are processed within 24 hours is far from the truth. I have only withdrew money a few times and on 2 occasions it took 2 to 3 days. I am sure the reason would be they have to perform necessary checks etc. When you eventually get through to someone on live chat they so say put a "rush" on the pending withdrawal, which does absolutely nothing to speed the process up. Ojo was good to start with but the customer service and lengthy withdrawal timeshare now very poor
