Unable to send yourself a chat transcript and if you ask them to send it to you they ask for ID and bank account statement, this really surprised me. Same goes for asking total value of deposits as it is really hard to count it by yourself on this website.

Saturday 30th march I requested a withdraw, reversed it a couple of times ... But my final request was around 10 in the morning ...
The moment Im writing this is sunday at almost six in the evening ... More than 29 hours have passed and still no sign of my money ... Live chat tells me its in the final stage of process, just a few more moments to wait and even one told me it was processed as we spoke ... All lies!!!

I did not find any advantages in this casino. Perhaps the design is not bad, but this ends well.

The games and rewards. The staff are polite and at most times try to be helpful. Very cheery most of the time. It's easy to navigate round the site and there are lots of good games to play.
Customer service. People are nice but either left for ages whilst taking ( once, it took nearly an hour), and the latest problem was blamed on my bank even though I left the site and deposited quite easily on another. Kickers is part of ther promotions but some are unrealistic to achieve and you have to be aware of your achievement and contact support and prove you achieved it. I.e win exactly 50x your bet!
Kickers are majority for entering spin off leader boards which isn't for me.

I have had to email them twice in the past and received a reply in about 24 hours or less, to me that's fast as some casinos are 48 hours or even more. I found the email response professional and very helpful.
