I dislike that whenever I win the pending time is too long. It states the the pending time is 12 hours. I have now been waiting 15 hours for the pending my withdrawal to change.

Very bad customer service. Ignore emails. I requested to reopen my account. They send me a declaration to sign and a questionnaire. I signed the declaration, filled the questionnaire and sent them back yesterday via email.
Because I never received a response, I sent them 4 emails asking what is going on, but they are ignoring me and never replied to my emails.

Since my original review a few months ago, things have changed and tipped to the other side of the scale. Very disappointing
The generous free spin offers have dissapeared completely. I understand that Free Spin offers are selective and in accordance with a history of wagering but when questioned I got nothing but evasive and scripted answers highlighting the other advantages of playing at OJO (one of these listed below). An insult to my intelligence !! The display of the available kickers in the kickers section of the website also started behaving erratically and still does to date.
RTP : Somewhere deeply hidden I found the RTP (Obviously only displayed because it's a requirement by the respective gambling commissions). I checked 2 Play n go games (Viking Runecraft and Book of Dead - 2 games I play a lot from a provider I trusted).The RTP IS 2% lower than in other reputable casinos. From research, I know that casinos do have a choice which RTP to set with some providers and I do not know but suspect that the RTP has lowered since I started playing at OJO and I do not know but suspect that the RTP setting is selective, however the way all of the above is done and not properly disclosed is the opposite of fair. The advertising representing OJO as the "fair" casino does no longer reflect the reality.
Choosing the lower RTP from the choice given by the game provider (2% lower in this case) and then giving 0.6% in OJOplus money and advertising this as an advantage is misleading and comparable to upping the price of a product by 20% and then advertise a discount of 6%.
Another RTP which seems out of order is from the provider Green Valley Games. This provider seems closely related to OJO : 93.6 %.
I could go on and on and with my professional experience and observations I cannot trust this site any more. How sad and disappointing, this casino is going the same way as many other not so reputable casinos.

There is no doubt that their actual cash bonuses with no play through is a big lure - I assumed when I joined that there would really be a catch, but there is not. From that respect they do what they advertise. The site is nice to look at, reasonably easy to navigate. Games selection is fine.
The customer service is hopeless. For example, I had a question about RTP and the agent asked me what that stood for. Asking anything takes an eternity and sometimes if you ask a question they do not like you get bumped on to someone else. It's weak.
But here is the real thing I think is negative about OJO; amongst the 'friendliness - they call you pal all the time' is something I really do not like. Finding anything out is tough - if you want your RTP or game logs, it really is very difficult; I did ask to see the cards once and it was like I had asked for blood. They are just not open about things like other sites.
