Been on ojo for about a year now, I’ve had some pretty huge wins on here. I’m in the A lister club so I get quick withdrawals. They sent me a bottle of wine a few months ago which was nice.
Cash back on every bet and no wagering is very good. A lister percent are amazing. I can easily say I’ve had an amazing experience and support is exceptional.

I liked the games, incentives, some games pay well. Just need to decide if it's enough to continue to play on their site. I get that they're there to make money, not give it away. The first withdrawal I made, they didn't send the password to deposit (via Interac). I eventually found the right company to get that cleared up. The last withdrawal was supposedly cancelled by me at the same time I made other deposits. You can see more about that in the negative comments. There's just a certain level of accountability that just doesn't seem to be there with this Casino.
They like to pretend they're honest. I made a withdrawal. They claim I cancelled it. I asked for a printout of my balance showing the amount going back into my account. It was never sent, although they did send 3 separate listings. My Deposits, My Withdrawals and my Game Activity. But nothing that showed the $ being returned to my account. Lesson learned. I MAY play there again but will have much stricter rules for myself.

The good thing is there are almost no hidden rules about bonuses. all bonuses paid in cash. that's sounds fair to every casino player.
Ojo is stepping backward. The chat is very very slow. Slower than before. When u are finally speaking to an agent you always hear this one: sorry for the delay I'm right with you. In the early days, u can always ask for some free spins. sometimes you get some sometimes you don't. Fair enough. In the last months, u get nearly nothing. Some of the chat agents are also rude. I haven't yet received my withdraw. It's been over a week. Chat are never open (maybe spoke to someone twice) even though I'm aware of the time zone difference (I'm in Canada) I make sure to chat during working hours but nothing. I submitted all my documents and all has been approved.
They have this odd way of doing things when it comes to withdrawing. You can only withdraw the same method you make a deposit. So initially I deposited with my debit Mastercard. I couldn't withdraw to that because in order to do so, you would need my banking details. Which I tried to explain this to the chat agent, who seemed not to care to understand. I was trying to tell the agent that in Canada in order to wire funds you need banking info. PlayOjO doesn't have an option to enter banking details (fair enough I understand you are in Europe so it's probably different but at least the agent should have clarified or asked for my banking which they did not. Instead the agent said wait for the email when it has been processed. (sounded like I was talking to a bot) And in the end it was obviously not processed and the money was returned to my ojo account. Shady move to get players to play their winnings. Well not me.
So I read somewhere in another thread that if you deposit another method, you can withdraw that same way so I was thinking heck, I'll do interac for $10 and see how that works. Well I requested my withdraw and NOTHING until now. Then randomly I got an email asking for my banking details. But still nothing.

Technical glitch caused what should have been a free spin to not work correctly and instead cost £2. Over 1.5 HOURS in live chat and still couldn't get that back depsite their own T&Cs saying they refund wagers when there's some kind of error. Offered more nonsense free spins instead - that's not a refund, it's something that only benefits PlayOJO. If i get overcharged for carrots and the shop fight me on refunding the difference and then give me an apple instead absolutely nobody would consider that reasonable.
Said I would close my account later in the evening when I was done and had withdrawn my money and verified I would take the free spins (since they obviously weren't going to honour their own T&C and give my money back). I was a brand new customer, even, so this is a HELL of a customer retention system. Yeah sure, be miserly over 2 quid for 90 mins, that'll make people like you.
As soon as I left the chat, having had the spins applied, the manager blocked my account so I couldn't use them anyway. It took another 2 hours in live chat trying regain access but they refused to do so without a phone call and "24 hour wait" which is apparently required by legislation. I've read the legislation, front to back, twice. It is not.
Official line has now changed from "we limited it because you didn't confirm whether you wanted us to or not" (a lie) to "staff have to limit accounts immediately if you say you want to close it yourself at a later time" (another lie - there would be no point offering and applying free spins after a customer says they're leaving if that's the case?)
More than 24h later, I still do not have full usage of my account. The free spins expired (how convenient) and haven't been re-added. The £2 which they eventually - after 5 hours in total - agreed to refund has not been credited.
I have asked repeatedly for the legislation which mandates them to limit accounts if people think the word "close" near them but the silence is deafening.
Contacted the UK gaming commission for clarification on whether this is true, and they have come back to me and verified that casinos only have an obligation to impose a 24h grace period where a customer is returning from self-exclusion.

This money you can withdraw whenever you like and because there is no min or max withdrawal you can take your money out at any time without having to complete any wagering.
