Hi Thank you for your post even though it is one sided. So here are the facts : Under the terms of our UK License we have to get proof of who you are and on checking your account I see that you would not upload proof of address, wouldn't send a copy of the credit card you used which is fine but you then refused to supply a bank statement as well. More bonuses and wager free offers than other places, but what is the point when they do not pay players if they hit it big. You might as well have a dream about a big win and save your cash in your pocket, cause once you deposit, you will never see it again.
This casino scammed me out of a big win (over £40K sterling).

Any of you notice a particular pattern in all the complaints? they are notorious for delaying withdrawals and being very persuasive to get you to continue to play and lose it all back, as soon as you hit it big, you will receive messages of congratulations which is very neatly constructed with offers of the latest Apple macbooks and other fancy goods if you reach a certain level within the next 7 days... believe me once good luck strikes... your not thinking correctly and they know this full well and take advantage by spamming you at the right time and with the right words and tailor made offers all which are gathered prior by intel.
Here is one of the examples by a rep called "Demetri" at playojo literally a few hours after my win.... and believe me these messages were constant and via multiple channels, (email, text, phone calls) and they got better and better and better till you give in! As gamblers you would know this tactic is immoral and unethical, taking advantage of us like this after we lose so much and prob will only have 1 win like this in a lifetime to then be conned out of it so easily.

You guessed it folks, they REFUSED to approve all withdrawals for over 2 weeks and their predatory emails, phone calls and offers of lavish gifts and holidays incited me to play it all back without them ever approving any withdrawals.
They are now using "GAMBLING IS FUN" as an excuse for NOT PAYING PLAYERS THEIR WINNINGs.....yes we know gambling is fun, but we are not that dumb PlayOjO, if you expect us to play with real money you by law have to pay the players their winnings. You can use your "it's fun" excuse when you refuse real money and allow players to play with dummy monopoloy cash.

I only play at OJO and Jackpot City. I've deposited maybe 7 or 8 times at OJO (prefer Jackpot City) and I really like the interface OJO offers. You can see how many players have played a specific slot over the last 6 hours and the biggest jackpot won for that slot. They offer a fair amount of games and have alright "kickers" (free play on slots when you make a deposit). There is no wagering requirement. I have hit big a couple times at OJO, but unfortunately do not have any experience withdrawing funds. As an A lister I apparently have faster withdraw times and higher withdraw limits compared to non A listers.
Sometimes the interface is glitchy. When you click in to a slot to play, sometimes it will load on the left side of the screen instead of being centered. Also I find the screen play area is quite small compared to other websites, even when you "maximize" the screen. I find that the daily jackpot sites are pretty tight. I also made 2 deposits a few weeks ago and did not receive any kickers for them.

I've written a review before. But I can't say how excited I am about this casino. All bonuses are wagerfree that you do not often experience at another casino. The providers they offer are top notch. They also have a red-tiger mega jackpot that I hope to win someday. Customer service is very helpful and treat you with respect. I don't understand that this casino only scores a 6.99. Trying to withdraw. They constantly knock back every type of ID. It took me a week to finally have my UK passport, UK driving license, UK bank statement and front and back copies of my card, accepted. Then they freeze my account and tell me I have to register at the .co.uk domain.
I've gifted them my £13 winnings because they must need it more than me.

I don't know why people are complaining about this casino, this is by far the most amazing customer services! I understand they can be slow sometimes, they are super busy! Slick looking website, good variety of games, stays up to date with game releases... None of the normal 30X, 100X etc wagering, whatever you win (normally pence) is yours to keep

A good selection of games and extremely user friendly for all players. Support staff are always on hand to encourage gameplay. My initial experience was positive.
Very serious concerns regarding social responsibility toward players. I won £30,000 (most I’d win before ever was £500 or so), places a withdrawal (£10,000 limit) and activated a time out given my gambling nature (previously used time outs, set limits and breaks, etc). Suddenly, the withdrawals took a lot, lot longer and my account manager emailed.
(Time out still active bearing in mind) The email congratulated me on my win, cool. The email then put some free spins in my account (not even sure that’s legal during a time out?), and MOST disturbingly, set me a challenge:
The challenge was to reach level 45 from 37 (I think), in reward for a spa break away.
As a problem gambler, my instinct was to go for it. Meanwhile, withdrawals still taking forever and the time out is nearing its end.
At the end of the time out, I played a bit to see if I could reach the target.
Approx. £15,000 later I did, in return for a £100 voucher.
After this gargantuan loss, the irresponsible behaviour didn’t stop.
On one day, I’d deposited 17 times totalling £2,400 and another account manager emailed to say “you’ve still got kickers available. Keep up the good work!!!”.
All of the money is gone, PlayOJO broke so many social responsibly codes it’s untrue.
PlayOJO have ruined my life; don’t let them ruin yours.

They don't let you withdraw. Let me start by reminding you of the same that you come out with over and over again.... Never have I ever needed to do any of this to withdraw money from another account... I look at all the lies on the reviews and think how can't they even say things like fast withdrawals 😂. You will not be able to withdraw your money no matter what. If they were happy to accept the verification for deposit why not to withdraw??? Completely agree with all of the 0 star reviews on here..
