I like playing here. I like the games and the bonuses, but if you aren't going to pay then don't give the bonuses.

I can't get paid my winnings and the people who respond to chat have been very rude several times. When I asked about my winnings they said we'll look at it his way the food gates have opened. What kind of an answer is that? I have been waiting for 600 for 3 months already. They sure do take your money quickly but try getting your winnings. I feel like I'm getting scammed!

I fell in love with Planet 7...I started playing in April 2017, I had beginners luck I suppose.Planet 7 has been rewarding both in fun and therapy, and on top of that, its been lucrative!I had a few issues with the length of withdrawals being paid out, but I have in fact received every penny! I guess what I'd like to share to help make understanding online sites is that, we are not playing at a land based casino, so that instant gratification is the missing element...the fact that we deposit money and can't see the other side, makes us panic...well, don't!Yes, Planet 7 could be a tad bit faster...in trying to understand the delays I decided to dig a little deeper, so I asked how many customers do they have; I was told over a million, so with that in mind, I relaxed and realized a process of checks and balances needed to be in place, after all, this is a business! So with understanding the challenges on their end, I decided to be patient and considerate and in the end...I received what was due to me.So I give Planet 7 a Fat 10 for being here in the first place, providing entertainment, fun and a possible avenue to win some $$$$

What I dislike is the fact that my bonuses were removed... I can't get my daily spins, in which I loved because it gives you a chance to try out different games...its a filler when you may be running short with cash and are unable to deposit!But I miss my match bonuses the most!It gave me some cushion to have a chance...I did not win on every deposit...but I feel as though taking all bonuses away from a player is really not fair... so, if anyone is listening, I'd really love my bonuses back!!!!! I took a chance on you, now take a chance on me...

Can't get paid. Been waiting since April, they sent check which was blacklisted by US banks, so sent wire info that they requested and been waiting since June. When I ask the online chat daily about the status, they give me a different answer everyday from you got paid already to they are still working on wire transfer. Sometimes they answer emails and most of the time they don't . At a $1800 loss here and don't know what my other options are. Won't be playing here again as this has been such a disaster. So, warning to other players, don't play because you won't get any winnings.....

This casino would be a 10 if not for the trouble with payouts!! Good layout and interface. LOTS of good bonuses that come almost daily in your email. Really good games. You really CAN win here! Excellent customer service in chat with very little waiting. Ive played for 4 months and have recently been able to put in for withdraw everything that Ive invested.

I've been in complete frustration over trying to get my documents in order. Have sent multiple times then get weird messages saying this or that is not right. You MUST have a utility bill! At first I was told on chat a doctor bill would be ok as I did not have a utility bill. Later I was told that a utility bill is a MUST and if I dont pay utility in my name then a signed statement should be included with the utility bill. I read that I was to SCAN my ID and Bank cards , front and back. So I did that. I kept getting messages that they were not legible tho I own a nice scanner and you could read every detail. Finally in chat I was told to try taking pictures with a cell phone. Weird! SO I sent those on and praying my documents will FINALLY be in order, 6 weeks later! In the meantime my withdrawals come up for review and keep getting put back in my account. So now we're at 8 days for one of the pending withdrawals so we'll see how it goes!

I wanted to give a HEADS UP here for those who are thinking of depositing and reading reviews. Something I had trouble with understanding at first . There is such a thing as MIXING FUNDS. You have to be VERY careful not to do it or you'll get frustrated and disappointed when it comes time to withdraw. You cant receive new bonus or chips etc. unless your balance is under $5. Click under Active bonus to see if you've met your playthrough. Keep an eye on them and make your withdraw when you've met them and THEN make another deposit. I didnt understand this is how it works at first and played through LOTS of money when I could've used bonuses. Also use no deposit bonuses or free chips inbetween your deposits. Ask about them on chat. They are very helpful for that!

The games are fun and they make it very easy to deposit your money. The free spins suck you in but the withdrawals are impossible.

This is the second time around that I have won and had to fight to get my money. I was hopeful the first time around was an anomaly, but it appears to be the norm. They are happy to take your money, but make getting your money out nearly impossible. Horrible experience dealing with them unless you file a complaint.

Games are fun but when you win that's a different ball game.

The wait time for payout is ridiculous, the reps are rude and unprofessional. He told me us Americans tend to send things to the wrong address when I told him I had already sent the documents and they should have them already.
I will never ever deposit with them again hopefully I'll get the money I won, if not lesson learned.

Slow pay / No pay. Runaround excuses by agents. Ineptitude in general, specifically in the way handoffs are managed between agents and Accounts Payable. Interminable delay of payment.

Level 2 VIP is an acronym for "Sucker". Every call/chat results in an "Escalation" of Payouts, yet the elevator never leaves the basement. It took 4 months to get a check for $402. Currently have 3 pending payouts totaling around $1000, with one "Approval" dating back in mid-February!!! I check every Friday to play "Where's Planet 7 Hiding My Money", to their annoyance and my perpetual frustration. On one such Chat, a Planet 7 representative with a Vietnam Caller ID guaranteed I would be paid by next Friday.(That was early April, no payment has been made).

They are equally inept whether paying by check, bank wire, or Bitcoin...I've tried all three. If anyone enjoys reading, I have saved all the Chat Transcripts and will gladly post them to expose this scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!!!

The games are fun love them and the bonus the games payout this site is okay a little.

Really slow payout site's not making any since why it's taking so long I don't think I'll play here any more it's best to play at Jackpot capital, Grande Vegas, slot cash, slotastic, they pay in 3 to 4 days.

Withdrawals take forever, I asked for $700 the first time didn't understand how it works so just gave up. Then I asked for $220 on march 30th 2017 I sent in all my documents was denied, then I asked again for the $220 sent the documents to two different emails address again denied. Contacted customer service they told me to send the documents to the same email addresses I have before. I am pretty sure I will never get my money I even tried to ask for my money in bitcoins and still was denied and I spent a whole day trying to figure out what the heck a bitcoin was.. And the funniest part when I deposited money my bank said it was from hair supply place lol, um scam 101. I will never play at this casino again. I hope a person who is thinking of playing here reads this and stays away!!!!

The payout process is ridiculous. I had to send in the documents that they asked for nine different times to five different email addresses and a fax number. My first payout took just over three months of me contacting the m every single day. They will give you all kinds of different email addresses to send anything to, ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and there were one or two other ones that I don't remember) promising that that will be theone that works and that it has been escalated to a manager. I was told that for almost seven weeks before it showed that it was escalated.

Most of the time, the customer service reps were rude. And out of the 19 or 20 times that I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no all but three or four of them. They lied constantly, saying that the payment had been sent, and then the next day when I checked again just to make sure, they said that it hadn't and wouldn't be for at least a week. They payout process was just ridiculous.
