I would like to see them increase the number of slot machines. It seems to me that the more slots, the more I want to play, so it can really be useful for the site.
Hello! Thank you for your positive feedback and wishes. We try to add games regularly to the casino section. All of them are provided to us by different providers, and as soon as the opportunity arises, a new slot appears on our website. We wish you a successful game and a positive mood!
It’s a good one among many others. Even comparing with new services, not each has such a number of games of different genres. For 3 months I’ve been playing there, I played probably less than half of the entire selection.
Many games have become my favorites, there are even those that I’ve never seen before. In general, I am satisfied, and recommend it. I can’t say anything bad, since I haven’t faced any issues.
Hello! Thanks for the nice feedback. We wish you a successful game and only positive emotions!
From the first days, I was surprised by the simplicity and convenience of the Parimatch interface. The design is simple, the site is user-friendly and intuitive, and registration is fast. It’s a very important point for me as a newcomer.
I’m just starting my way in bookmaking and I adhere to the rule that I heard from a friend who has been betting for a long time, so I have a lot to learn from him: if you are a beginner, use one proven site for at least six months, this is the only way you can hone your skills, understand all the nuances, and test different strategies. It is for these purposes that I chose Parimach.
As for bad impressions, I can only think of the problem during verification. But it was my mistake, as I filled out the data incorrectly. After I had contacted the support team, everything was resolved.
Hello! Thank you for your good review of the company. We are glad that you have chosen our site. We wish you an interesting and successful game. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact support immediately. Qualified specialists are always ready to help!
Sports betting brings me a good extra income. In pursuit of it, we often get distracted by too many new betting sites. Let me explain why it’s not beneficial for me and other professionals in this business. Every company tries to lure new players with various bonuses, but there are more setbacks in such cases, which means that, there are more risks of losing, respectively. When you focus on one reliable bookmaker, you minimize the risks, because over time you understand more about how everything works. For a more serious and longer pastime I recommend Parimatch. I think new services have more disadvantages because when a service is new and everything is just being tested, you can encounter negative moments more often.
Hello! Thank you for your positive review and for choosing our company! We wish you more winnings and only a good mood! 💛🖤
Parimatch is a good bookmaker. I am a professional in sports betting, so I constantly analyze odds on many platforms. Parimatch is among the top three leaders for me. I haven’t noticed any disadvantages. My friends told me that the support team was slow but nothing like that happened to me. Personally I recommend it.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your opinion about our company! We wish you great victories! 🤩
Very decent option for players from a lot of countries. I like wide line, decent odds, livestream, and fast payment operations. Really all the needed is here.
Sometimes the livestream gets disconnected. I can't say it's a big deal, but it pisses me off a little. Also withdrawal sometimes takes more time to proceed, like 1-2 hours.
Hello! Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoy playing with us. Difficulties with video streams can be directly related to the providers that provide them. But they are always quickly resolved. Payments are processed as quickly as possible. A delay of 1-2 hours can be associated if there is a load on the department that processes them, but even this time is within the normal range.
The biggest advantage of playing slots at Parimatch online casino is that you can win anywhere and anytime. Slot machines can be played from any device, so they are ideal for players who are constantly on the go and want to enjoy the game anywhere and anytime.
I have to travel a lot and I do not always have the opportunity to use my laptop, and Parimatch in this case really helps.
Also, what I like is fast withdrawals.
Not every platform can offer this, unfortunately.
Hello! We're glad you're playing with us 🙌 Thanks for the feedback and enjoy the game!
I'm a big fan of this gaming site because it has a lot of features that help me win big on my bets. Slots are really fun to play, and free spins are an additional bonus for me. I like everything from classics to the latest releases, which means that everyone will find something for themselves here.
Hello! We became your fans after this review 😜 Thank you!
I keep coming back here to play. When I just started to gamble, I had to try many different platforms which I later left due to various reasons. Mostly because of the zero output and poor technical support. On Parimatch, I mainly bet on sports. I like the odds and I am often lucky here.
Hello! Thanks for the nice words 😉 We wish you great victories! 💛🖤
I haven’t seen such a loyalty on any other site. Excellent support, they can solve a technical problem within one day. There are bonuses for the first deposit and various programs for already registered players, which is nice. The output here is mostly good. The main thing is not to lose your head and play according to your means.
Hello! We are happy to read such a good review from you 💛🖤 Good luck!
As for me, this is the best option for gambling. Parimatch is known all over the world, and its reliability is beyond any doubt. I play there a couple of times a week to relax and enjoy the slots. I’ve never had unrealistic expectations in terms of earnings on gambling. Parimatch suits me in every aspect.
Hello! We are grateful for your words. We wish you positive emotions from the game! 😉
1) You can try the games without risking losing money or credit card details.
2) They offer free spins and welcome bonus offers
3) They have a wide selection of slot machines, including progressive jackpots and bonus rounds.
4) They have a wide variety of payment methods
1) Little attention is paid to the live casino, the slots are much more developed
2) Too aggressive design. Well, it's not a universal con but still, I wanna mention it
Hello! Thanks for your feedback. We wish you victories and a pleasant game! We will definitely take into account your comments.
Parimatch Online Casino has one of the most attractive games on the online market. These games include poker, blackjack, roulette and slots. As a fan of a live casino, I really appreciate this site. I would also like to mention the excellent site support that responds quickly and attentive to all user access.
Hello! Thank you for such a nice review. We wish you good mood and exciting game!
There are many offers that you can take advantage of, such as free spins, welcome bonus and deposit bonuses. These offers allow you to win more money on your deposits and compensate for some losses at the beginning of the game. Many other casinos are not such newcomes-friendly.
Hello! Thank you for your high rating and positive feedback about the company. We wish you a successful game and good mood!
This online casino makes you feel like you are playing in a land-based casino. They have a huge variety of games, from slots to board games. True, it does not give such an atmosphere as an offline casino, but maybe it also helps not lose your head because you can distract.
Hello! Thanks for your positive feedback. We wish you a pleasant game!
For example, I allocate a budget from each salary to have fun in parimatch and pretty well come out in a plus. It is necessary to set a framework for yourself, to be aware not to get into the tilt and excitement, and then the game will be pleasant and, most importantly, not negative. With such success, you can also play chess for money, but you need to understand how much you can lose, and how much you need to save...
Sometimes there are delays with payments, but they said that it depends not from the platform itself, but from the system through which I made a deposit.
Hello! Thanks for the positive words. Your approach to the game deserves respect and only praise. We wish you only win and continue to enjoy the game! All the best!
The advantages of this particular casino are that it is easy to access, I did not meet problems with VPN, it offers a wide selection of games, it seems to me that I didn't play one game more than 2-3 times, as I always have a choice, and there are a lot of bonuses! I really enjoyed using it from time to time.
I would like the site to be translated into more languages. It is not always convenient to play in English if you are not a native speaker. It may be important for understanding the bonus instruction.
Hello! We are glad that you like our site :) Our company is constantly working to improve the quality of our services, including the technical side. Now you can see 8 languages available and we are not going to stop there. Thank you for sharing your opinion and wish you more winnings!
I liked the attitude of the site administration to the client. I couldn't figure out the first time how to make a deposit correctly. I turned to support. Managers quickly helped, even suggesting which payment system is better to choose. The main thing in this casino is payouts. They do not cheat here and always transfer the winnings, even the minimum.
You can make more understandable deposit instructions. But maybe I just didn't read so carefully.
Hello! Thank you for your positive feedback about the company. We are glad that you like us. If you have any questions - contact the support service and specialists will be happy to help you. We wish you a good day!
Very smooth site, fair odds, fair limits. no live chat but the speed of the agents via email have been great.
Overall very smooth. tons of markets to choose from. I use for sports and am happy with it.
The verification process has been confusing and an absolute nightmare. I was able to withdraw before, Suddenly im unable to process a withdrawal. I was asked to provide ID's and a picture of myself holding the ID"s but needing to see my elbows and more and more complications, it was very 1xbet style... (try taking a picture clear enough with a tiny ID beside your head and it need to be crystal clear)
Think about it? had to go ask a neighbour to take photos of me.
These documents were sent Monday morning, we are now Friday. I was told this was passed on to experts. I have asked support multiple times for updates, all I get is constant quotations of this Rule #85 "the timing of the verification of the game account is set individually for each game account"
It's starting to get weird, and not something I really expected from a sportsbook that is on the jerseys of so many professional sports teams. These delays are something id expect from a tiny book run by not so great individuals. the worse part is im only up a few thousand dollars.
I am far from a pro, I bet for fun and entertainment. I hope I dont need to file a complaint with the lisencer etc. It seems a bit surreal to have to wait 5 days for someone to look at a few pictures and realise I'm real. I just hope it does not get to that point. Seems foolish really.

Your limits are fair, the site is awesome and I hope to keep using parimatch. But you try and win money and you cant even withdraw it after making a few withdrawals in the past.
Hopefully this can be fixed, I'd appreciate it alot.
Hello! We apologize for the late reply to you. First of all, we would like to thank you for your review of the site, however, we regret to acknowledge the fact that you have not been verified. As we can see, you have already withdrawn funds. In the further game you are denied by the decision of the administration in accordance with the rules of the company. We have already sent more detailed information about the reasons for the return of the deposit and the cancellation of bets to the representatives of the forum by e-mail.
It is important for me that the platform would have as many bonuses as possible that it is easy to use and get more benefits. Parimatch offers players various bonuses that can help them win big prizes, such as free spins on slot machines or cashback on their deposits. Many other sites make bonuses too incomprehensible to use, especially for beginners.
Recently I have been experiencing short-term problems connecting to the site, but the connection is quickly restored. Perhaps this is a one-way problem
Hello! Thanks for the positive feedback! Regarding connection problems, please contact the company's support service so that specialists can check what the situation may be related to. We wish you an interesting game and good mood!
It seems to me that the Parimatch Online Casino has the most important plus for such a platform: they are constantly updating the games, adding something new and you do not bother to use this platform. That is, you can choose games for your mood and the amount of money you want to spend / earn.
Despite the fact that there are really a lot of games, sometimes it seems to me that there is little emphasis on live casino. I would like to see more such games.
Hello! Thank you for your interest to our company and for taking the time to leave a review. We will take into account your wishes. We wish you a good day!
As an experienced gambler, I have a rather pleasant impression of this platform. There are a couple of pretty nice bonuses here that attract your attention and make you want to use this site again. For me, the most noticeable advantage of parimatch is 1) a lot of games, 2) participation in tournaments or events, so it adds a little bit more excitement while you’re playing, 3) a lot of rewards, so you don’t feel that the platform wants only your money.
You need a good VPN if in your country such websites don’t work. But for me, it is not such a big drawback, but someone may feel uncomfortable in such a situation.
Hello! Thank you very much for such a nice review of the company. We understand that using VPN may not be very convenient, however, in some regions, access to the site may be limited and, therefore, access can only be obtained using VPN. We wish you a good day!
My free spins bonus didn't finish crediting ( 30 spins for 5 days). They credited me with spins on a different game that were worth way less than the bonus spins. Also didn't give me the rest of the spins. Horrible experience.
Hello! We are sorry that you had a negative experience. To check the information, please provide the account number, the name of the bonus and the time of its activation.
Easy withdrawals, fast winnings, upper chances for jackpots, support faster and helpful, amazing tournaments, great promotions, lucky bet don’t risk.
None, it’s my favorite casino on CIS, please add FS on bonuses, free bonuses, add promo codes, downed wagers for promotions, add events from PR new users
Hello! Thanks for your feedback :) In future we will add many new promotions.
Horrible customer service. I sent really clear screenshots the whole conversation and the customer service person clearly didn't bother to look at any and just gave me generic answers rather than answering my super basic question. Half an hour wasted and now im frustrated because I've gone round in circles for the last 30 minutes
Hello! We are sorry that you think so about us. Please specify your account number and the date of contact our support so that we can check everything and to take measures.
Great Casino, support is always very friendly and happy to help! Or i lucky but i always win here haha. Playing here since last year along with my friends.
Hello! We are very glad that you enjoy playing on our site. Wish you a good mood and more winning bets.
Regarding this site, I was only interested in the casino, not sports betting; so I’ll only comment on that side.
They have some of my fav NetEnt games, but not all.
They appear to have a nice selection of other games & providers, too.
As per their T&C, only require you to wager 70% of your deposit in order to make a withdrawal request, which is good.
I didn’t deposit or withdraw, so can’t comment on those.
In their T&C, it says that you can only request a withdrawal 24 h after your 1st deposit. That was a huge turn-off for me. If I happen to score a nice win, sure enough I want to make a cashout very soon.
Their so-called support is slow, rude, and unresponsive.
Closing your account (even bringing up gaming issues) can’t ofc be done via chat, but only via email. It requires hard work, exchanging mails back and forth, and apparently a long time too - still my account hasn’t been closed, but again after all, I learned in the latest mail that ”Your data has been sent to our specialists. It is to be processed for some period of time. We will inform you about any changes or if additional data is requested, in the following letter.”
This is ridiculous, and also very irresponsible.

Players appreciated the attractive promotions and fast withdrawals, especially when not subject to regulations. The vast range of sports matches and accumulator bonuses were also highlighted as positive aspects.
