Paysafecard deposit worked well, support by phone (but not possible to call them back, they use non existent number at display, but anyway, phone support is available).

I wanted to play at Deutschland like advertised but they forwarded me to malta, tv ad said deutschland but in reality it is malta, why do not advertise malta casino, that would be fair. Not a big issue so I tried to deposit.

Paypal deposit did not work because of amex card at my paypal account. I asked support for reason of deposit failure, only answer was: we know that problem, please ask paypal, I asked paypal, they said I can only do deposits from other sources, very disappointing.

Second try with paysafecard, that worked well, won a lot of money at roulette and had to wait several days for my withdraw, lot of stupid questions about bills and photos, if it would have been deutschland I only would have to upload my id card but because of malta (not advertised at tv!!!) same procedure as at other ones.

Lot of problems withdrawing my money because I chose paypal first then did paysafecard deposit because paypal did not work because of my credit card I have at my paypal account (they did not mention before, I had to ask paypal for reason!!!) and of course paysafecard is not a withdrawal option but paypal was not accepted because I have chosen it first but did not use (not my fault) and used instead paysafe.

Did not find the merku as advertised too but this is a thing I understand, they are not available anymore at any one.

They used to have merkur games, which was actually the only reason to play at this casino. But Merkur is not available anymore. Support seems ignorant. Everything is very lagy. I had to w8 3 hours for a deposit of 24 euro until it was credited to my player account. But there are a lot of secure online casinos where so far in my five years gambling career I have never had any problems. So a casino next to the guaranteed payments should offer some other things that I should play at them. This refers on the speed of the cash-out process, a good support and a good bonus offer.

It seems to me that Online Casino Deutschland does not have the fastest cash-out process because here the pending time can last even to 96 hours, which in my opinion it can’t be acceptable.

The welcome bonus offer is not so bad and consists of 3 bonuses on the first 3 deposits on the casino. My only objection about this welcome offer refers on the amount of the wagering requirements that are 35 x deposit + bonus. If they were something smaller, let’s say 30 x deposit + bonus then I would not have any objections.

However all in all, my biggest objection about this casino is related to that they do not offer live chat support. They have free phone support but only for calls from Germany. It happens often when players need support immediately and for such support for me, the live chat support is the best option.
