Nordis Casino - No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Please leave us a message and we will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

I like the game selection and the performance of the website. The deposit methods are also good. I like nodapay quite a bit, which is increasingly offered in other casinos.

What is a nogo for me and why the Casino also only gets one point is the fact that I have not received a single response to my E-Mails to 5 different recipients within 10 days. The chat is only available on very few days and hours a day. I keep getting put off by the loan person that someone will soon take up my KYC procedures to pounce on my payout. Apart from empty promises, nothing has happened within 10 days.
What is also negative is the lack of functionality of a KYC procedure on the homepage. If you click on the KYC-Link, a Java script error appears. As mentioned above, no one responds to the e-mail. This is all very frustrating. I have the feeling that payouts are blocked with delay tactics.
What I also find grim is a clause on their homepage: Players who do not submit their KYC documents within 30 days of withdrawal will lose all funds in their player account.

I am also a bit surprised about the positive reviews here. My experience is different. I cannot recommend this casino to anyone.

Nordis Casino is a very good casino. The bonus is given very often. The support team is honest and experienced people. I am satisfied here in many ways.

What I don't like about this casino is that the live support chat didn't work for a long time. I have nothing more to add about something with which I was not satisfied.
