NordisCasino - No possibility to withdraw 4000 EUR

Live support is unavailable. Support show email has not responded either.

Why can't I make a withdrawal?

The option for Bank Transfer does not work. It is not possible to press the button that refers to bank transfer.

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the relevant regulatory body and, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly. 

As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

Dear AskGamblers,

In the meantime, I have also sent an inquiry to Curaçao eGaming, which I believe is an operator violating the license. This is attached.

I will contact BetStarters and tell them the situation as they supply CRM solutions/label to NordisCasino.

If there is no response, I am also considering a "no cure no pay" lawyer,, and using the Dutch law firm Kalff Katz & Franssen, which specializes in online gambling. As Curacao is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the only option is this.

This is highly concerning and surprising that NordisCasino is not responding through live support, email, or on this complaint, even though there are still 24 hours left.

I hope and believe that this is a one-time occurrence, but I sincerely hope that AskGamblers takes more assertive action and contacts Marina *****., who is the Affiliate Manager at Grama Invest Ltd, the operator of NordisCasino, to rectify and ensure the proper handling of this complaint to pay out my winnings.

It is likely that Marina *****. is AskGamblers' contact person at NordisCasino, given that you have a valid tracking link.

No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Please leave us a message and we will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

Now I hope you can help me !?
