NordisCasino - Withdrawal unreasonably slow

Hi,

I am having an issue with Nordis Casino.

I made a deposit of 68€ with a bonus of 350% on top.

Max cashout in this promotion is 20x of my deposit.


After wager was done and my funds of 1284,73€ were displayed as withdrawable, I was wondering why there was no withdrawal button at all. I thought this is due to missing kyc.

So I followed their instructions and e-mailed them the documents as instructed in this FAQ page https:­//o­nli­ne.n­or­dis­cas­ino.co­m/d­e/d­epo­sit­-wi­thd­raw­-faq/

I told them those were my documents for kyc and that I would like to withdraw.

The answer I received a few days later was "I cant see any withdrawal".


So me wondering how to request a withdrawal, found out that the entire withdrawal section is only existing in desktop version.

I managed to request 3 withdrawals on July 20th. I received a brief email few days later that my withdrawal is being checked. But no action was taken from Nordis ever since.

They don't answer any e-mails and their live chat only worked exactly once. The first time I used it, I was connected to a real agent, who kicked me out of the chat as soon I was asking for guidance regarding withdrawals. From that moment on, I only received an outdated auto reply from the chatbot, who no longer understands any commands.

Another 2 weeks have passed and I am still waiting for the second of three payments.
This is going in for months now.

@Marina: I stopped being pushy and I have let your finance department do their work as you asked me to, but nothing ever happens.
Is there any chance to move on and process the second payment please?

No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

Now I hope you can help me !?
