Therefore I decided to contact customer support to hear out if I can even play there as it didn't seem so.

I was glad that they have a live support option available and although it was late in the evening, I got connected to an agent without any waiting time. The agent was fast and polite and I was told that in order to play at this casino, I would need to have either Swedish or Finnish BankId.
