Unclear deposit limits


I have a 7000€ weekly deposit limit set at No Account Casino. However, I was able to deposit a total of 9349€ between August 15 and August 17, exceeding the deposit limit within the same calendar week and during three consecutive days.

I trust deposit limits to work and do the limiting automatically on my behalf. With No Account Casino, they are not working in an expected manner.

After realizing that I had been able to deposit more than the set limit, I submitted a complaint to the casino support. I received an answer that the weekly deposit limit had refreshed at midnight August 17, allowing the deposits. To me, this sounds arbitrary, why would a weekly deposit limit reset on the midnight between Friday and Saturday? Especially as on their website or T&C, there is no mention how the deposit limits reset. I raised this question to the casino support, but have not received a reply.

Therefore I am raising this issue to Askgamblers complaint service. I feel that my weekly deposit limit has not been respected and demand that my deposits of 2349€ exceeding the set weekly limit of 7000€ are returned to my bank account.
