MrStar casino is one of the newest casinos added on AskGamblers and it was the first time I heard about them. They have 3 software providers, including Netent and Microgaming, so I was really eager to try them. I was looking for some no deposit bonus, but I didn't find anything, so I just signed up. After verifying my email, I saw that I have 10€ that can be used on Aberrant games. I'm not very familiar with them and the few times I've played their games, have been with no deposit bonuses. I chose to play bingo game called Agent 80. I didn't really understand the game, just placed 1€ bets and few times won 2€ but overall lost the money within 15 minutes.

On AskGamblers I noticed that they have 100% match bonus with free spins on Starburst. I wanted to find some info about this bonus, but to be honest, the information on AskGamblers was better than on their own page, their lobby was hard to navigate and there was no description about the welcome bonus. Also, at first I was intrigued to see 200 free spins, but after reading the information I got upset, as you get 40 spins for each 10€ you deposit. I didn't consider this a good bonus, just because in most occasion 40 spins would give around 5€. I would have liked the bonus if free spins were on some other slot rather than Starburst.

I have to say that having 3 software providers they have decent game selection, however, they have a big minus in my opinion- no live chat. I said earlier that for me their page wasn't easy to understand and find info, so I would have used help from live chat. I had some questions about the welcome bonus, which I would have asked support, but I couldn't, so basically the only reason I didn't deposit was the non existence of live support and I believe I'm not the only one.

The only good thing in my opinion is their game selection. I might deposit there in the future, when they have improved things.

Overall I am not impressed with this casino. The welcome bonus is average, just because the free spins amount depends on your deposit amount. Page was hard to navigate, there was no live support.

Blondie, thank you very much for your honest review. I have taken your comments to heart and your suggestions will be taken into account when we update the lobby. I will also speak with the games provider / network about the possibility of providing live chat, several players have suggested this and we should of course listen to our visitors. Support typically responds within a few minutes, maybe we should be clearer about that since if you knew it would only take a few minutes, perhaps you would have asked your questions and stayed longer - and returned many times.
With regards to the deposit bonus, you could use your 100% cashmatch on any games you like, only the freespins were set for Starburst so most players actually think this is a fair and good bonus. We are, however, planning to change the structure so bonus isn't locked to one game or one provider. I have no date set for this but should hopefully be in the next month.

I don't know if they are new or not, but for me newly added casino and giving free chip as a sign up offer and the fact that they have Netent and Microgaming software I was more then thrilled to try this newly added casino. I couldn't find anything specific about them, when they are established even the licence looked a bit weird and yes they only have Curacao one, which in my eyes not so trust able.

Mr Star Casino is the newest casino I have played at, knowing they were giving away 10 euros free chip as a sign up offer for every player that joins their casino. At first sight I really liked their offer, knowing not much Netent and Microgaming casinos giving 10 euros free chip as a sign up offer like I knew there is some catch in it. And yes it was. The welcome 10 euros free were met for Bingo and Aberrant games only.

Aberrant games are not that familiar with me as I played them very rarely. I opened my account verified my account and the 10 euros were on my account right a head. What was weird when I tried to play with those 10 free I opened one Aberrant game and got message I don't have funds to play. Tried several times and finally I opened Puppy Paws slot and it worked. I played for a while but then I was having around 12 euros and closed the game so I could check something. Then tried to open the same game but I couldn't play.

They don't have live chat support but even so they are solid with time answer via email, because I got response in a couple of minutes. I got answer that I only need to play Aberrant games which I did so I already knew that. So not that they helped a lot. Anyways I waste those bonus money on bingo and lost all in few minutes. I still haven't deposit here so I could try their games, they have welcome deposit bonus an average one of 100% match with wagering of X 40 the bonus, so I guess not that bad, so far so good, still will wait to get more info about this casino, good luck!

We opened our virtual doors in January 2015. The site is owned by a constellation of people who have been in igaming for more than 10 years and wanted to try something a little different (retro!) and we've been very pleased with how MrStar has performed.
I would be very interested in finding out what games you tried to play with the Aberrant Comp which didn't work; they should all work. It would be very helpful if you could send a message to our support and mark it "For Jonas" and there tell what games didn't work and support will make sure it gets to the tech department. We obviously would like everything to work as it should!

The bonus will change. We will be implementing a different bonus which is not locked to Aberrant games but probably NetEnt. I am hoping this will be in place by January.

The Curacao license is held by the network (Functional Games) and we have had no problems with the license being outside of the EU.

When you make your first deposit, you get both the 100% cashmatch bonus + 40 freespins per €10 deposited (up to €50 or max 200 FS) so you should have plenty of time to continue checking out MrStar!

Hi Madmax, we need to get the facts straight; it is not the same owners as Violet and Amorbingo. The games network is called Functional Games and the other sites mentioned are on the same games network but MrStarCasino offers loads more games than the bingo sites you are mentioning. MrStarCasino is also not set up for Italian players so we cannot provide support in Italian.

Opened an account here and had to close it as nothing ´happened within the 500 sek I had to play with bonus, never once went above 500 sek which I started with and the in 20 mins the money was depleted, stay away.

Sanjazzter, the bonus is manual. We check every new player to ensure they are actual new players rather than just looking for bonus money. It can take up to 45 min before your bonus and free spins are awarded. I agree, it can seem annoying, but it should make our players feel good that they know we are manually monitoring MrStarCasino. You could have also sent a message at any time via "help" and they would have been happy to assist you. The response time is generally only a few minutes.
