My name is Łukasz Żakowski (User ID: 233896864). I am filing this complaint because Mostbet is withholding my withdrawal of 200 EUR and demanding documents that are technically impossible to provide.
On February 24, 2026, a withdrawal was sent to my old VeloBank account (PL38156000132030643620000001). This account was officially closed in November 2025. I have provided Mostbet with the "Confirmation of Account Closure" document generated on 26.02.2026.
Despite this, Mostbet support insists on a bank statement for February 2026. As the account is closed and inactive, the bank does not generate statements. The funds must have been automatically returned ("bounced back") to Mostbet's bank account.
Furthermore, Mostbet is blocking my email communication (Error 550) and their live chat support is ignoring my technical explanations. I request that Mostbet perform a manual search for the returned transfer and credit the funds back to my casino balance.*"I am resubmitting this complaint because your previous rejection was based on a lie. You claimed that Mostbet is working on a solution, but I have received an email from them stating that the withdrawal was processed on February 24, 2026, and they now consider the matter closed.
This completely misses the point of my complaint. I never denied that they processed the payment; the issue is that they sent it to a CLOSED bank account. This has been clear from the very beginning. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a clear settlement error by Mostbet.
Event: Luxembourg vs Germany (UEFA Nations League, 15.11.2025)
Market: Luxembourg Total Shots on Target - Under 2.5
Bet Result: Loss (according to Mostbet)
Actual Result: Win (according to UEFA)
Mostbet support claims there were 3 shots on target for Luxembourg. However, the official UEFA Match Report (which I have attached) clearly states that Luxembourg had only 2 shots on target.
I have provided the operator with the official link and screenshots from the UEFA website, but they refuse to correct the error, stating they use "their own sources" which contradict the official tournament organizer. This is a violation of fair play and betting standards. I request Mostbet to recalculate my bet according to the official UEFA protocol.

MostBet declined my withdrawal but did not return funds to my account

I am reporting an issue with MostBet regarding a declined withdrawal where my funds were not returned.
I requested a withdrawal of 15,000 PKR on 30 January 2026 via Easypaisa. The withdrawal was marked as declined by MostBet, but the amount has not been returned to my gaming account, nor was it received in my Easypaisa account.

returning the amount to my MostBet gaming account, or
processing the payment successfully to my Easypaisa account.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Mostbet.

I have been trying to complete verification and withdraw my funds, but Mostbet has been ignoring my requests for an unreasonably long time.

Timeline:

– 19 December: First email sent to [email protected] with passport documents

– 25 December: Second request sent (no response)

– 4 January: Documents sent again with full details

– 12 January: Documents sent in Russian and English

– 13 January: Additional documents sent via Telegram support

– 15 January: First complaint submitted

– 17 January: Second complaint submitted

– 18 January: FINAL NOTICE sent

– 21 January and later: Multiple follow-ups sent

Despite all this:

– Verification has not been completed

– Withdrawals remain blocked

– No clear explanation or timeframe has been provided

The only response I received recently states that “my account is active”, which does not resolve the issue and ignores the verification and withdrawal problem.

Deposits confirmed on Blockchain but not credited to account

I have made two deposits using cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and TON) to my Mostbet account (ID: < sent to the casino >). Both transactions are confirmed and successful on the blockchain, but after more than 33 hours, the funds have not been credited to my balance, and they do not even appear in my transaction history.

BTC Deposit: 0.00010334 BTC (approx $9.92). Date: Jan 15, 2026.

TON Deposit: 6.79 TON (approx $11.51). Date: Jan 16, 2026.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat, but they only provide generic responses without solving the issue. I am providing screenshots of both successful transactions from my wallet.

On the casino system, the transaction status is marked as 'Successful' or 'Paid,' but the funds never reached my Vodafone Cash wallet. I have provided a full screen-recording of my official 'Ana Vodafone' app history as proof that no transaction was received on 27/12/2025. I have made a withdrawal of 200,000 PKR and 150,000 PKR I have not received funds into my wallet and I reached out to their support team and they initially generated a request with finance department and later on informed me that they have succesfully deposited both withdrawals to my banking wallet and provided me the fake receipts of payment deposit.
