On July 1, 2026, at 22:24, I made a deposit of 1000 PLN via the BLIK payment method to MostBet Casino. The payment was successfully processed by my bank (Official Receipt No. 1118670644), but the funds were never credited to my casino account.
For almost a month, support has been delaying the resolution using automated templates. They even admitted in chat that their payment gateway assigned identical P2P details (< full name removed >) to multiple users simultaneously. Furthermore, support refuses to provide an internal ticket ID.
I demand either an immediate credit of 1000 PLN to my account or a full refund.
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
We have thoroughly verified all the information. The following situation occurred: the customer made two transfers using the same account details.
As part of transaction 1118595170, the customer was first provided with account details ending in 7351, and subsequently made a repeat transfer using those same details, which was not permitted.
For transaction 1118670644, different account details ending in 5891 were issued.
If the customer had transferred funds using the new account details issued as part of request 1118670644, the deposit would have been successfully credited.
Given the specifics of this method, repeat transfers to the old payment details without creating a request are not accepted by the provider (unless those same payment details were issued again). Regarding the second request, the provider stated that those were not their payment details.
The only way to get the money back is for the player to contact the recipient to request a refund of the funds that were sent without creating a request.
