MostBet declined my withdrawal but did not return funds to my account

I am reporting an issue with MostBet regarding a declined withdrawal where my funds were not returned.
I requested a withdrawal of 15,000 PKR on 30 January 2026 via Easypaisa. The withdrawal was marked as declined by MostBet, but the amount has not been returned to my gaming account, nor was it received in my Easypaisa account.

This situation is unfair and concerning. If a withdrawal is declined, the funds should be immediately returned to the player’s gaming balance, which did not happen in my case.
I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me recover my funds, either by:
returning the amount to my MostBet gaming account, or
processing the payment successfully to my Easypaisa account.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Mostbet.

I have been trying to complete verification and withdraw my funds, but Mostbet has been ignoring my requests for an unreasonably long time.

Timeline:

– 19 December: First email sent to [email protected] with passport documents

– 25 December: Second request sent (no response)

– 4 January: Documents sent again with full details

– 12 January: Documents sent in Russian and English

– 13 January: Additional documents sent via Telegram support

– 15 January: First complaint submitted

– 17 January: Second complaint submitted

– 18 January: FINAL NOTICE sent

– 21 January and later: Multiple follow-ups sent

Despite all this:

– Verification has not been completed

– Withdrawals remain blocked

– No clear explanation or timeframe has been provided

The only response I received recently states that “my account is active”, which does not resolve the issue and ignores the verification and withdrawal problem.

Deposits confirmed on Blockchain but not credited to account

I have made two deposits using cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and TON) to my Mostbet account (ID: < sent to the casino >). Both transactions are confirmed and successful on the blockchain, but after more than 33 hours, the funds have not been credited to my balance, and they do not even appear in my transaction history.

BTC Deposit: 0.00010334 BTC (approx $9.92). Date: Jan 15, 2026.

TON Deposit: 6.79 TON (approx $11.51). Date: Jan 16, 2026.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat, but they only provide generic responses without solving the issue. I am providing screenshots of both successful transactions from my wallet.

"I am reporting a serious issue with Mostbet regarding withdrawal ID 264829242 for 700 EGP. On the casino system, the transaction status is marked as 'Successful' or 'Paid,' but the funds never reached my Vodafone Cash wallet. I have provided a full screen-recording of my official 'Ana Vodafone' app history as proof that no transaction was received on 27/12/2025. The support is ignoring my video proof and asking for a stamped PDF, which is impossible to obtain for e-wallets in Egypt. I demand the casino to provide the official RRN (Reference Number) for this 'Paid' transaction or refund my money immediately as the system status is false."

I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant experience with Mostbet regarding my account and balance.

My account balance is $587, and I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my funds for an extended period.

After using the platform for about two weeks, my account was suddenly frozen. I was requested to submit all required verification documents, which I did promptly. Upon completion of the verification, I was informed that my account would be reopened within 14 days.

I waited the full 14 days, but my account remained frozen. Each time I contacted customer support, I received different explanations. I was later told to wait 60 days for further review. It has now been over 60 days, yet my account is still inaccessible, and my funds remain locked without any clear justification.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed immediately and that access to my balance be restored, or my funds released without further delay.

I would appreciate an urgent resolution to this matter.
