They have a large variety of games with a decent RTP,the website menu is acceptable, it's very easy to deposit, they have a live chat assistant and they have a license

Unfortunately 99% because this company is a scam, stay away if you want to avoid bad experiences, they will try to find all kind of reasons to avoid payments, the UK gambling commission issued a fine for this company.
Taking into account the remedial action taken by Progress Play and in line with our Statement of principles for licensing and regulation, Progress Play will make a payment in lieu of a financial penalty and divestment to the sum of £175,718.00 It will also pay Commission costs of £12,466.35.

I am sure others will follow, I will file a complaint to the gambling commission for bad business ethics, they stole my money. Do not let your self spelled by the variety of games they offer, this company should be blacklisted, I don't understand why is not until now, I was stupid enough to spend my money with them before doing more online research, please don't do the same thing, stay away from Progress Play!.

Been waiting 10 days now for them to verify my account and withdraw. Keep getting the same response 'we have raised the issue with the payment team / documents team' they never respond to emails and seem like everyone else is have the same issue...
I'm getting nowhere ! First withdraw was fine, now withdraw £2000 and I have to verify and I've heard nothing! And now they are ignoring my messages on live chat too!

All good until the time you'll try to withdraw some money... then be prepared for an endless loop from live help... Even when you send the papers they need ur not gonna have any reply...
Ah don't forget to mention that str8 away they limit your account... I don't even know how these places got licence... I'm feeling soon ill need to report my issue to resolver and ukgc if they continue like this...

The theme & logo of the casino just caught my eye. I won some amount and was able to withdraw all my money without any hassles. Wagering requirement bit on the higher side, but can understand that to avoid bonus hunters ha! Also, no bonus on live casino games.

They had ‘one’ or ‘two’ games I like.. Their deposit process is quick.

The majority of the games I like and play a lot are not available on this site like Primal megaways, Polterheist, jack hammer2, blood suckers .... the list goes on... only slots are pretty low rtp (except for the odd one or two) with bad bonus %. The wagering requirements are insane, 30 deposit, 3000 wagering requirements..! Worst wagering requirements I’ve come across, got frustrated by how long I had in front of me and wasted away my winnings to get away from the site and play and one I trust and use often.

Have to say I really like this casino. Id verification was quick 2 days max I think. Had a couple of nice wins and paid through visa 3 days later in the bank. Great choice of games so overall I think its a very good site.

They have some type bonus at the the minute with 100x wagering which is crazy. Live chat can be a little slow but is ok for a new casino. More good stuff than bad:)

Good choice of games but thats about it, I can't really say anything else positive about the site, Customer support is poor and they don't seem to have any care at all towards their customers.

Withdrawal requests can't be made until you provide the site with documents but even after depositing for over 2 months they still do not let you know this until you try to withdraw any funds. Customer support is only online at certain times of the day so not 24 hour and takes quite a long time with online support to first get any reply and then dealing with them. Site to avoid if you wan't a site that plays fair and by the rules and laws regarding withdrawals.
