Delayed payment still pending

I made a withdrawal over a month ago of £1000. Two days after that, I received an email to send them some documents. I did that

But since then, I haven’t received any answer whatsoever, and my withdrawal is still pending

Whenever I go to live chat with them, I always get the same “copy and paste” answers, such as:

We are still reviewing, and there is no time frame for how long it will take

Come on, let's be real, who is taking longer than 4 weeks to check something

They are delaying the payment, maybe they are trying to make people forget about it, so they won't pay you

Maybe they don’t have money

This is not okay, I need my money!!!!

I am a fully verified customer and it has been over 6 days coming to 7 I am still waiting for my withdrawal. The time frame for processing was 1 day and I am still waiting. I got no problems with my documents they are all verified, I even asked customer support if you can’t help me who can? They gave me an [email protected] I have emailed them too but guess what no reply? I emailed them on the 1st of my withdrawal and still no answer. Customer support is not helping either there us no reason for my withdrawal to still be on pending.

I have been waiting for 2 separate withdrawals from this company for 4 days now, i've seen copious amounts of other people making similar complaints.

Two separate withdrawals:

1. £2002.50

2. £2327.22

Both are just stuck pending, live chat is no help and constantly says "it's under review", I understand with bigger withdrawals that it may take longer to process but I fear that it will be stuck in "review" for months like other cases I have seen.

All my forms of verification have been approved, all 4 they requested, I have the screenshots that they were happy with all of that, but now the funds are being held?

This is worrying.

I've been waiting for payment since March 20.

Fully verified account, sent ID, receipt, payment confirmation, selfie, etc.

Chat completely useless, no specific answers, makes me write a complaint.

No reply to emails.

I feel robbed, the bookmaker is completely ignoring me, it's really annoying

Hello my name is PETER and about 5 weeks I open this account to Monster Casino I start playing using for deposit my phone numbers which I got it from three networks provider. Under my name is a business account and I got about 12 sim from three.

I start playing to this casino and I win about 2700£ which is still in pending everything I send for verification process I send them the proof of payment means that phone number belongs to me and I am paying bill for this number but this guys oh …

I try to speak to them via live chat but still nothing is the same response every day since I withdrawal my money into my bank account my withdrawal is under review and I will be contacted by their team but nothing even after one month.

Please help me, is very frustrating.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal from this casino since July for £700. This is not winnings I actually deposited £1200 in total over a couple of days.

I have sent all of the documentation they have requested but they are now just ignoring my emails when I ask for an update. I have also asked them to close my account as this would force them to send the monies back but they have just ignored this.

There is no live chat, I cannot get through to them on the number they provide so there is no actual way to find out what is happening. I have just sent a complaint to complaints@thegracemedia but am not hopeful of any response.

I made a withdrawal on the 25th of June of £520 and have yet to receive my payment. I have sent all the necessary documents to verify my account. Monster casino doesn't have a live chat function which doesn't help matters. I keep getting the same generic email saying this will be looked into without actually receiving any factual update about my withdrawal. This is taking far too long for my withdrawal to be processed and has me deeply concerned. Can you please support me with getting this withdrawal processed.

I requested my withdrawal of £500. On the 24th june 2021 then was asked to send documents which I did next day and we are on the 12th of July and still nothing.

They say it takes 3 working days to check documents that has came and went I have deposited over 11k with monster casino and had withdrawn over 12k, never a problem before. I have emailed them every day and keep getting the same excuse after excuse. I have kept all my emails from them and even took a screenshot of what my total deposits and withdrawals from when I first started playing with them.

My withdrawal is still pending plus I already sent documents when I first started playing with them.

Hi I have been waiting for my withdrawals since 7/5/2021 After so much contact and emails to them that they currently ignore, I'm still waiting. After sending in documents after documents, I was told I would receive my withdrawals of £1600 in the next 3-5 days, but shock horror still nothing. I think they are just stealing off everyone as I've read so many bad reviews about them. I've raised complaints after complaints, asked to talk to a manager but still nothing. I just want my money.
