Withdrawal held up
I made a withdrawal on the 25th of June of £520 and have yet to receive my payment. I have sent all the necessary documents to verify my account. Monster casino doesn't have a live chat function which doesn't help matters. I keep getting the same generic email saying this will be looked into without actually receiving any factual update about my withdrawal. This is taking far too long for my withdrawal to be processed and has me deeply concerned. Can you please support me with getting this withdrawal processed.
