Have to say I really like this casino. Id verification was quick 2 days max I think. Had a couple of nice wins and paid through visa 3 days later in the bank. Great choice of games so overall I think its a very good site.

They have some type bonus at the the minute with 100x wagering which is crazy. Live chat can be a little slow but is ok for a new casino. More good stuff than bad:)

Good choice of games but thats about it, I can't really say anything else positive about the site, Customer support is poor and they don't seem to have any care at all towards their customers.

Withdrawal requests can't be made until you provide the site with documents but even after depositing for over 2 months they still do not let you know this until you try to withdraw any funds. Customer support is only online at certain times of the day so not 24 hour and takes quite a long time with online support to first get any reply and then dealing with them. Site to avoid if you wan't a site that plays fair and by the rules and laws regarding withdrawals.

Fast and easy to deposit. Good first and second deposit bonuses. Relatively fast customer support.

Not many Jackpot games. The biggest issue as I have experienced is that cames crashes. A few spins and then the game "is not available". This happend several times. Customer support asked gave me a standard answer to clear my cache - and I did - but still the (NetEnt) games crashed. After reading others experience, I see that it is a problem that MonsterCasino have. The only game I could play with no interruption was "300 Shields". Overall I do not get a particularly "good feel" about the casino, so I have played my last euros there.

When i lost some money playing games and thought "It's time for a win now", the game crashed. Happened 3 times in half an hour. This ain't funny at all!!!

I used the Welcome Bonus (NDB and after that i deposited some money) and now the games keep crashing after i lost several Euros.

If this happens again, i will NOT deposit there any more!!! Although i like everything of this casino, but this is a No-Go!!!

There is nothing to like especially if your from Australia, you sign up thinking you can play the software that is stated above, then you make your deposit and get software that is not even listed.

Support is slow and not helpful, the only thing that went without a problem was them taking my deposit and all they kept saying is read terms and conditions on restricted countries. I read them and if they we're not being deceptive they could have at least put a list of countries that would not get all software, I would not waist your time there are plenty of casinos who's home page won't change after you sign up and deposit in the registration page.
