Withdrawal issues for £700
I have been waiting for a withdrawal from this casino since July for £700. This is not winnings I actually deposited £1200 in total over a couple of days.
I have sent all of the documentation they have requested but they are now just ignoring my emails when I ask for an update. I have also asked them to close my account as this would force them to send the monies back but they have just ignored this.
There is no live chat, I cannot get through to them on the number they provide so there is no actual way to find out what is happening. I have just sent a complaint to complaints@thegracemedia but am not hopeful of any response.
