I won £6,850 and I have been waiting for 5 days now and my withdrawal is still saying 'Pending'. Charge 2-50 to withdraw your own money and wouldn't pay out on a free bet as I withdraw money from my original bet, they send it back to your account without you asking for it just so they don't have to honour your bet, this company is a joke

Withdrawal times are a joke. I have to wait 5 days for my withdrawal to be pending before they process. Stick to the big betting sites. Avoid these!! They also take ages to reply on email and the live chat team just follow a script. Most betting sites these days withdrawal immediately and then it’s in your bank by the next day but not these. 1. Website when using full version is very basic, little slow to load at times, isn't easy to navigate. It's about 10 years behind the newest web development strategies. When using mobile website, it's a nightmare, very slow, cash out basically impossible, random disconnects, doesn't listen to your preferences (auto higher odds etc). If you are mobile user, it's absolutely the worst betting website for you.

2. Withdrawals take too long, way too long if you want to compete in this industry. Honestly, I am betting more than 10 years with an allowance of 1000 GBP to lose monthly, I have never saw such a terrible withdrawal procedures. This isn't 90s where you would send me a check anymore. Absolutely terrible.Verification process takes ages and the won't even send you an email confirming that it's completed! So, you won't even know if it's or isn't.
