Witholding 1500 and very long process and automatic responses
I requested £1500 withdrawal on 4th august. A few days later received an email I had been selected for identity check. I have a virtual card so not a card in person. Uploaded bank statement and online card from online bank. Drivers licence. Proof of address. Another proof of address. And me holding drivers licence. After 4 days no reply so I contact live chat. Wait for verification team. 10 days passed and I received an email please upload a full bank statement ( I only use the virtual card for gambling so that’s fine I did that ) another 10 days passed. They wanted me to get bank statement and I’d verified by a solicitor never been asked before so went to google. Found a company. Paid. Got it sorted resubmitted to them. Another 5-6 days went past number of texts to live chat with the same automatic wait for verification team. I was then emailed 3 days after please have these wet signed and not online verified. So I did that. Drove 6 hours to get the solicitor to hand sign them ( he was cheap and in my area the cheapest was £80 PER piece of paper. A full bank statement and id would have cost £1100 so I paid £9.99 x 3 and £4.99 for hand collection

Collected took photos and sent in. And now I’m receiving the same automatic email over and over and when I go on live chat they say the same please wait for an email from security ect.

Please help Ask Gamblers this is unfair I’ve been gambling for 30 year and I’ve never had to go through this process ever before

Just nothing positive. Just don't play with them you have been warned. They don't allow withdraws.

They're refusing to pay everyday they say tomorrow but it has been weeks and they say on terms and conditions your funds will be processed after 1-3 days

Good selection of sports, casino games, easy to use website.

I’ve never had issues trying to withdraw funds from a casino / betting company until I came across mobilewins.

Amazingly not a single request for further information during any of the many deposits I made, the second you attempt a withdrawal - not only do they want every document you possess to ‘verify’ your identity but even then they just ignore you and leave your withdrawal pending.

They must have zero repeat customers with the treatment they show you, I certainly won’t be using them again once I’ve finally managed to get my funds out.

It’s amazing other companies can have the money back on your card by 3:30pm as long as you’ve requested a withdrawal by 10pm the previous day. Mobilewins can’t even get your funds to you the next week never mind the next day.

Disgraceful company, disgraceful customer services, disgraceful practises.

Mobile billing max £30 per day / £400 per month
Very good selection of games including old favourites such as Immortal Romance

Withdrawal times way to long in comparison with the other sites. The funds pend for a full 3 days and are issued on the fourth day usually taking another 3 days to arrive. Other sites are 3 days absolute MAX from request to hitting bank and some are less.

No point accepting free spins/ bonus funds as there is a 50 x wagering and a cap of £20 on winnings even if you are a regular player. Have a good read of the sites bonus terms and conditions, again other sites offer much better terms.

No Contact telephone available at all. Live chat rarely works so queries are made by email and some ignored.

All the games here are available on ALTERNATIVE sites which offer mobile billing, much quicker withdrawals and much fairer bonuses so don't waste your time or hard earned cash here.

The game selection and deposit methods are fine...

Same old story... Quick to let you deposit with no initial checks, then take an eternity to get you verified and paid out.

First of all there is no contact number, secondly I have sent them enough information to steal my identity and it makes me uneasy. I have worked in this industry and am all for proper verification and understand it takes time but this is just beyond a joke, a simple reply would suffice.

They required written consent from my mother as the payment method used was in her name. I have supplied this (twice) and numerous other documents for myself and her including phone bills, passports, bank card and Bank statement. At first I was typically receiving a reply within hours now it has been three days and not a word. I have contacted them several times via live chat to no avail, also sent the security team emails asking for an update and nothing. I understand things take time but company's in this industry really need to have a contact number and clear guidelines as to what they will require to verify you (preferably before you can deposit)

Although the security part takes a while, once completed payment is very quick. I won £400 just before xmas & received payment beginning of January. The customer service team were very helpful too. Will highly recommend Mobile Wins. They do payout in full.

The security process as they go through every detail, yet do not have tight security checks when registering a bank card. Only when it comes to paying out.

My withdrawal is still not paid out. This as been since the 4th of September. I have sent all documents that they wanted. It is beyond a joke now.

I put a withdrawal in on the 4th of September 2015 and they still haven't paid it out this is getting beyond a joke now from Paul Briggs.
