When I signed up Magical Spin casino was really a 'small' casino. Just a few providers... No big brands (PlaynGo, BTG, etc) They really expanded their slot collection. Now you can find providers a decent casino should have! My verification was fast. This casino was also the first casino I ever withdrawal a no deposit bonus (50Eur) only payout happened really slow (pending time, weekend) but in the end, I did receive it. Lots of bonuses on regular basis no deposit/deposit.
Livechat is not available 24/7. Dutch speaking livechat could have some more time online.
Their pending time is high. I prefer a casino without pending time and instant payout(E-wallets)

I don't like the fact that min deposit is $30, and that you can only play bonus funds on bonus games which isn't a lot to choose from, maybe if they fixed these 2 small problems I might play there slot more.

Magical spin have a very slow and difficult verification. They, also, don't accept non-English ID. I know it's their rule, but It can be trouble for some players. I'm waiting 9 days and they didn't respond still. They cancelled withdrawal without notice and player need send email or ask them in live chat about reason. Their live chat inactive at night. I filled contact form, but they never respond on my question.

I think the payout is under standard. Customer Service is never available. I sent email. I unsubscribed a 100 times and still get their email. Not recommended
