When I registered, I was clicking too fast and accidentally selected the United Arab Emirates instead of India from the country dropdown. I did not notice my mistake until I tried to deposit and saw unfamiliar payment options like bank transfers in AED. I immediately contacted customer support, and they told me that the country of residence cannot be changed after registration, meaning I would need to close my account and open a new one. I did exactly that, and the entire process took only about 20 minutes, including waiting for the email confirmations. My second account works perfectly fine and shows all the Indian payment options I needed. The mix-up was entirely my fault for not checking the details before submitting.

There is no confirmation step before final registration that displays your selected country and asks you to verify it. Having a simple review screen before submitting the form would easily catch that kind of mistake before the account is actually created.

I am not sure if this is real or my imagination. On Saturday and Sunday evenings the lobby seems to take a few extra seconds to fully load the game thumbnails. During weekdays it feels faster. Could be server load, could be my internet being different on weekends because my neighbours are home. Could be nothing and I am just noticing random variation. I mentioned it once to support and they said the platform does not have different performance windows and that loading time depends on my connection. Fair enough. I still notice it subjectively.

No status page or real time indicator showing current server load or any known performance issues. Would help to know if slow loading is on their end or yours without having to contact support each time.

The platform's main account transaction history works flawlessly and accurately records every single spin and transaction. This ensures that all critical financial and gaming data is completely secure and trackable, regardless of whether a user logs out or switches devices.

The small, in-game recent bet panel resets completely after logging out and back in, meaning players cannot glance back at their spins from earlier in the day if they had a session break. It would be much more useful if this localized panel could retain the history from at least the previous session rather than starting completely fresh every time.

The platform utilizes a separate login token, which means no login or session information is lost when you clear your browser data. Additionally, once the initial site assets are cached, the website speeds up significantly during regular navigation.

The website is heavy on cached assets, likely due to loading numerous game images and live video feeds, which can consume around 340 MB of storage in a month. There is no lightweight mode or option to reduce data usage for players on limited storage devices. Furthermore, there is no warning provided that the site requires a high amount of cached data, which would be useful for users who closely monitor their phone storage.

My neighbor Suresh told me never to press the spin button with my right hand after 9 PM. I laughed at him, but one night I used my right hand and lost 1500 rupees in ten minutes! Since then, I only use my left index finger on Lucky Star. Maybe it is just silly, but my brain feels more relaxed, and I actually stopped making rash bets. My wife caught me playing left-handed yesterday and thought I had a stroke, haha. But honestly, whether it's the hand or just the slower pace, my balance lasts much longer now.

Of course, the left-hand trick doesn't fix everything. Sometimes the spin button lags right when I'm in a good rhythm, and on my old phone the game freezes if I switch tabs. Small things, but they break the flow. Still, I just wait a minute and go back to my left finger, no big deal.

One morning I tried to log in, and my password was not working. I reset the password, got into my account, and my balance was 200 rupees instead of 4,500. I almost fainted. I checked the history and someone played Aviator at 4am from a different IP. I live in Mumbai, and this login was from Delhi apparently. I contacted support immediately and explained what happened. They asked me to send a selfie, ID, and proof of my recent deposit. I did everything they asked. After 48 hours they restored my balance and forced a password change. They also suggested I enable two-factor authentication, which I did not even know they had. Now I have 2FA and a stronger password. It was my fault for using a simple password, "lucky123" was stupid. But their support handled it well, I guess. I was lucky to notice early.

The only small downside is it took 48 hours to fix, which felt like forever when you are watching an empty balance. Also, they should really push 2FA during signup, not wait until something bad happens. I had no idea it existed until after the hack. It is not cool to hide a security feature like that.

My friend told me about the Mines game on Lucky Star, which is like Minesweeper from old Windows. You pick tiles where some have stars and some have bombs, and each safe tile increases your multiplier, allowing you to cash out at any time. The first time I tried it, I picked 3 safe tiles, the multiplier hit 2.1x, and I cashed out. The second time, I picked 5 safe tiles and reached a 5x multiplier because I was feeling brave.

On my third try, I went for 7 tiles but the 6th tile was a bomb and I lost everything. The scary part is that you decide when to stop; in slots, the machine decides for you and you just spin, but in Mines, you have to actively choose, which is somehow more stressful. I still play sometimes, but my hands shake before each tile tap because one wrong tile means everything is gone, so it is not for a weak heart. Additionally, if you hit a bomb, the game doesn't show where the safe tiles were, and it would be nice to know how close you were. I also wish there was an auto-cashout option—like taking the win if the multiplier reaches 3x—because sometimes I know I should stop but greed takes over, though I get that it is part of the tension.

One thing I like about Lucky Star is the search bar. On other casino apps I used, finding a specific game takes forever, scroll scroll scroll. Here I just type the name and it shows up. I remember playing this Dog House game on demo somewhere else, liked it. So I search "dog" on Lucky Star, boom, there it is. Also you can search by provider name, type "pragmatic" and all their games show. For someone who knows what they want this saves so much time. Before this I spent 10 minutes just looking for one game. Now 5 seconds. Small feature but it changed my experience honestly. Other apps should copy this.

Minor thing is sometimes when you search with provider name, results mix a bit and not all games show in order, but still way faster than scrolling. Also wish there was a filter by RTP or volatility, would help to pick a game even quicker, but that is me being picky.

Before I put big money, I searched everywhere about Lucky Star license. Found some page with Curacao number, don't understand legal stuff but screenshotted it. I also checked reviews on 3-4 different sites, some bad, some good, seems real. I decided to risk 2000, that was 2 months ago. Now my total withdrawal is more than deposit by a little bit. I still check sometimes if they changed rules or something. Paranoid maybe but that is me. So far no problem.

Only minor thing I can mention is support can be slow late at night, waited like 20 minutes once. Also had one withdrawal take almost two days when usually it's faster, and they asked for documents twice which was a bit annoying. Nothing major though.

I read somewhere that setting a time limit before you start helps. I tried it. Set an alarm for 30 minutes on my phone. Started playing at 8:15pm. Alarm rang at 8:45. I was in the middle of a spin. Finished that spin. Closed the app. Balance at end was 180 rupees down from 500 starting amount. The alarm thing worked because I had committed to stopping before I started. When I play without a timer I sometimes go 70 or 80 minutes without noticing. The site has nothing to do with this. Just a method that works for me.

No built in session timer or time limit tool on the site itself, you have to manage it yourself with a phone alarm or something external. Also no reminder or notification after you have been playing for a while, other sites have that as an option somewhere in account settings.
