Deposit not credited to my gaming account

Hi my name is Marba I’m from India, and I deposited an amount of 1000 rupees yesterday on Luckstar and I haven’t received it till now.

Never expected this to happen in luckystar, I have also contacted customer support but they keep giving me the same excuse that they haven’t received the fund.

I have also send them a screenshot of the receipt, I mean if they haven’t received it yet than that’s not my problem right? The money has already been deducted from my bank account, so it’s up to them what to do next, they should contact the merchant that I send money to, I won’t feel safe to deposit here if this keeps happening.
